Blackline motors not only looked after me. They sourced the a6 i was looking for. Very efficent and pleasent from start to finished as i travelled from belfast to collect my immaculate audi. Well pleased with my entire experience would highly recomend.

Bought a beautiful bmw from blackline. Lewis is a star. Had a small issue with a clunky gearbox. 1 mention to them and they ordered a new gearbox under warranty. Couldn't be happier with my purchase now. Will be back when the missus wants an upgrade. They have gone above and beyond for myself and that I do appreciate.

we first contacted Blackline Motors regarding a car in which I will give them their due, they were helpful and responded quickly. My partner & his brother were driving 400 miles from the North East of Scotland to collect the vehicle.
So on the Thursday evening I thought I better check in with the garage to ensure that the car was ready for collection over the weekend, before they set off on their long journey ahead, in which they responded it was ready for us to take away. At this point they should’ve physically moved the vehicle before responding and assuming it was fine.
On the Friday my partner & his brother took the day off their work and set off down to Blackline Motors, I then got a phone call from the garage saying there was Infact an issue with the hand break and they aren’t sure if the car would be ready to take (but at this point they had already arrived in England to collect the car on the Saturday morning)
So I was very fair and explained that he will not be doing the journey again so I hoped they’d prioritised the work that needed done to the car, as not only they both took time off work to collect the vehicle but the fuel, accommodation & time.
So my partner was waiting around for the whole day on Saturday, he was aiming to collect the car at 10am and he didn’t get it until 7pm and then had to do the long journey back up to Scotland.
We had no updates regarding the cars work throughout the day, when we collected the car and it was filthy inside, had NO fuel, there was no customer service team to show him around the vehicle, both keys had batteries that died by the time he got home.
Not only this but Blackline Motors allowed my partner to drive 400 miles in an UNTAXED vehicle, now I am aware garages don’t have to pay for the road tax but it is their duty of care to make the customers aware if the vehicle is taxed or not. As a car garage they should physically have seen that my partner paid for the road tax before leaving the premises. I emailed 3 times explaining my concerns & a WhatsApp message to have NO response.
I do NOT recommend Blackline Motors, their customer service is beyond pathetic and they really took that ‘new car excitement’ away.

I purchased an Audi sq5 recently and through no fault of Blackline it had an issue with the engine.
With a 3.5 hour travel time between them and myself they advised me to use my usual garage and they covered the costs.
No stress and all handled professionally and timely.

Purchased a audi with a coolant leak and turbo issue, they told me to take it too a local garage for repairs and they would foot the bill. Issue sorted and car back running great. I have a knock coming front both sides on front end and they also sent 2 new bottom arms as a good will gesture.

I can’t put zero unfortunately. DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP!! Absolute cons, they dont do anything they say, they lie about the vehicles and don’t honour there warranty. We are taking legal action and they will be very soon held accountable for there actions! WHAT COMES AROUND GOES AROUND!!!!

What an awful experience! Wouldn't buy a car from this place if it was the last garage on earth. Happy to sell cars that aren't serviced never mind cleaned. Long story short you don't shout "you should of bought a warranty " No man should talk like that to a lady ! Never mind one that's that's supposed to be selling car....not the right attitude. Then I was advised to lie to DVLA re the tax on the vehicle but advised DVLA of this. Shocking!

Wow, firstly, shame on me for buying a car from here.
Utter disbelief. Viewed a black 2018 Insignia Grandsport, low mileage and decent bodywork. Advised on the test drive to assess the adblue as the warning was present on the dash - requested them to refill and take it for a good drive to ensure the issue was not the system itself (expensive fix). Collected the car and within 10 miles the warning re-appeared. Pulled into some services on the M62, telephoned and asked how much adblue was put in and the response was that it was on the to do list, and looks like it wasn't done - put some in and see how it goes. Spent £35 on adblue (services prices!) only to find 3 litres went in. Phoned back up on arrival at home only to be barked at 'should have bought a warranty' - so I advised the vehicle would be returned as the sales conditions were not met. Also - the engine bay bulkhead had a nice set of mechanics pipe clamps in too. Overdue service and cambelt (which I decided I can do - but never the less, these things SHOULD be done).
