Robyn at Blackmoor/Benross has been brilliant. I accidentally damaged the lid on my food processor, rendering it useless as the unit would not work without one slotted in place. Robyn speedily located the spare part and dispatched in double quick time.

It's a nice product but the biggest issue I have is the internal packaging, it's pants. The packaging is so thin the two pans knock about each other, and they get damaged. Not enough that you can't use them but enough they don't great with the chipped out the side of them.
The product was good. The packaging was rubbish.

Refunded but the messing and time it took to sort out was just awful communication was not that good. Although they did communicate it took days for them to respond which is pretty frustrating.

The pans looked absolutely fabulous online, however the delivery was terrible for the price I paid. The pans were ‘thrown in several boxes and by the time they got to me the were bent and battered, the box was all torn and there was nothing to stop them from banging around inside the box. Tried calling no one answers the phone. I emailed and complained and asked them to replace just the bent pans and they resent the whole order which I don’t have to return! Ended up with mixed feelings about the whole process.

Best way to judge a company is when things go wrong and you need customer services. EVRI delivered my pizza oven damaged. Blackmore Home responded within 1 working day and delivered a replacement the next day and arranged a collection of the broken item at my convenience. I read the negative reviews on here after I had a problem and was dreading the experience, so I was very pleased by the outcome. Goes to show that either (a) you can’t trust reviewers or (b) companies learn from reviews. Either way I’m happy to leave 5*
