Ordered an item last year - still waiting for it. NO REFUND

Ordered an item last year. I still havent received it. They will not offer me a refund either. Im just getting excuses about the order and fake tracking numbers that don't exist.
Firmly believe this is a scam. They said they can give me a refund once I've received it - what a joke!
Do not buy from this company unless you are fully prepared to lose your money.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY…

I ordered snow boots in size 41, when they arrived they were a size 43, tried to get a returns label for a refund as this was their error, and felt I should not have to pay to return but they would not provide one, they did offer to send me another pair of boots in correct size which I didn't want as they would arrive too late for the trip I wanted them for. after alot of emails and not getting anywhere I agreed for another pair of boots to be sent in the correct size foc and I could keep the original pair .. to date I have not received these and my emails are being ignored .. I have now raised a dispute with my credit card to try and resolve this .. MY ADVICE IS DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Customer service is shocking. No one responds to emails and you are unable to track your order despite being given a tracking number. My order did arrive, eventually 2 months later, and they were kind enough to send another when it didn't fit, however 3 months later the replacement has not arrived and no one is responding.

Do not use this company

Do not use this company. I ordered a heated vest and it was shipped from China (although a UK address is listed on the website). The package came open and the wires were bunched into the shoulder and stitched in so pulled to one side. It doesn't come with a power pack so I purchased one and although the light comes on the jacket doesn't heat. I have tried several times to contact them and sent a video and photos. While the customer service has acknowledged that the product is defective and offered a full refund, I still haven't gotten it and my numerous emails to chase have not been responded to. I would not recommend using this company.

Update: I have now got a refund.
I cannot recommend Ben enough. He has been very helpful in getting this issue sorted quickly. Any problems contact Ben admin-blacknorway.com
Do not bother to waste your time dealing with Jeannie you get no where and just lose time and energy.

AVOID ITS A SCAM

Cheap quality products. Once you want to return it they will try to convince you to not return it and offer compensation avoid at all costs. They will keep and ignoring your emails.
The best way to return the product is by emailing them to get the correct address send it back which will cost around £22 but at least you're gonna get the rest of the money back.
They will not refund the money, just get in touch with your bank explain to them what happened make sure you don't delete any emails so you can provide proof to your bank.

No refund....awful customer service

Bought a bag which took weeks to arrive and knew pretty quickly I didn't want the bag so contacted them for a refund. I was asked why I wanted a refund and asked to send a picture of the product which I did only to be told that the item looked similar to the item they sell but it was not a defective product so it wasn't eligible for a refund. I have the proof of purchase and have tried to contact them since and just been ignored. Absolutely disgusted with their customer service after all I wanted was a simple refund.

Update - Ben from Black Norway got in touch with me and sorted me out with a refund very quickly. Good customer service from him.

Would give zero stars but not possible. Do not use this Chinese company. They make cheap knockoffs of good quality items. They will not take returns or give refunds. Do not use this company! I tried to cancel my order 24 hours after ordering, to be told it’s too late and it’s in transit. I ordered over a month and a half ago and still no item. How can it have been in transit all this time! Also the customer service is shocking, I keep getting palmed off with excuses about holidays and delays. It’s all bullsh*t!!

Dreadful Company,please do not order from them

I ordered a pair of boots from this Company,had to chase order and received 3 weeks later.They came from China with no paperwork and description on parcel was "pillowcase". I have since tried to return them as they were too big for my size 6 ! I requested return details with no success and then was promised a replacement pair free of charge size 5 1/2 ,had to chase these and promised they would arrive soon, nothing has arrived to date.The contact is always Jeanne . Slow delivery updates and no ETA for…

Slow delivery updates and no ETA for item.
I wanted a quick sale so instead of waiting to go into a nearby town to buy something I foolishly decided to try a new online store without checking trust pilot... (lesson learnt, let's not go down that road).
I was not aware the item would be shipped from China (not an issue in itself for certain items with full disclose and an estimated shipping duration).
I followed up 5 days after placing the order and was told it hasn't been processed yet due to holidays. I then asked to cancel and was told no. Miraculously the shipping status changed to order confirmed and I asked to cancel as the item had not been was not in transit. Miraculously the shipping status changed to shipped.
The saga continues. I'm not even sure what date the item that I've asked to cancel will or won't turn up.

poor service and delivery

I ordered a pair of cycling trainers and paid for them on their ad they would be with me in a few days as they were in stock I have been waiting 2 weeks in that time I rang them and was fobbed off by a representative who said they were on there way, no way would I use the company again or recommend them

Terrible company

Terrible company. Ordered a RC car from them for my son. Ordered on the 26th of December, now it's 4th of February and still has not arrived, they send you a tracking number which says item cannot be found. Contacted them several times and they blame it on the global pandemic. Company is a complete joke, never use them.
