Worst laundry in Blackpool or even North West
Absolute joke went with this company and was so disappointed with the service and laundry, was charged for king size sheets which should have been double, but you ran out of double so sent king size not my fault
the laundry was mixed between striped and plain, and it was impossible for the cleaners to work with your laundry there was usually more rejects than soiled laundry every week
you then had the audacity to take me to a claims court as there was a couple of outstanding invoices after we returned your laundry and left but I had been in hospital with heart failure and was unaware of these invoices if you had called us these would have been settled immediately
This is not a good laundry go elsewhere dont waste your money

This review is factually incorrect and misleading. Our recollection of events is very different. The customer signed a 3-year contract for linen rental and laundry which she reneged on after only 5 months. She breached the T&Cs by keeping our linen and not sending it back to us for cleaning and not giving notice of termination. In fact, still owes us circa £1,500 for service during July and August 2022! No major quality issues were reported on file at the time, which indicates this is a vexatious review, as does the fact that this individual has left a large number of bad reviews for many other companies and services.
