I used them from airport to cruise port and then on return. Drivers were nice and on time I’ll be using them again for sure.

Silvana was early to the airport, very friendly, and a safe, efficient driver. The vehicle was clean and comfortable, and actually cheaper than Uber from Ft. Lauderdale to near the Port of Miami. I will definitely consider Blackride again on my future travels to the area.

Great professional transportation. Drivers were patient under ridiculous traffic conditions. 4 of us were on a cruise and had transferred from airport to hotel then to cruise port next day. Got picked up after cruise to hotel and then transferred from hotel to airport. Very much appreciated the quality vehicles and friendly on time drivers with great communication.

As a group of 4 ladies traveling in an unfamiliar city (Miami), we were thrilled with the service and attention we received from BlackRide. Setting up our hotel/cruise port and back transportation was easy and smooth; we were kept updated every step of the way- they were so patient and kind with my (several) phone call checks- the vehicle was beautiful and spotless! Our chauffeur Vlad was so helpful, kind, and friendly- a fine , personable young man who delivered us safely and promptly to our cruise port and back and made sure our trip started and ended on a high note! Great Experience
The company and out driver commutated instantly. When we told the we were early getting off our cruise they picked us up 30 minutes later. Great job!

Our driver arrived 10 minutes early (very patient, no rushing). He was friendly and very courteous. The toddler seat was already installed and good to go. He made two stops for us: coffee and grocery. He was a very safe driver and very informative about how the drop-off procedures go for cruises. He was an absolute delight. The vehicle was spotless with ZERO odor. The odor is big for me (I am very allergic to cigarette smoke - many will say non-smoking but you can tell they just use fabreeze). I would absolutely book this company again.

I have used black ride a few times and each time I am absolutely ecstatic about their service. I would highly recommend black ride to anyone looking to travel to and from Port of call or sightseeing in a city that you’ve never been before they are great their drivers are wonderful. The service with Blackride on my vacation starting December 7th was excellent! I had a party of 7, 3 rides booked, from the Airport to the Hotel, next day Hotel to ship and 6 days later ship to Airport. The communication was excellent, text and email, all 3 showed on time, Van was clean and modern, drivers were well dressed and professional. I highly recommend.

Best decision we ever made!! Driver was right on time with 4 car seats installed..picked us up at hotel and delivered is safety to the cruise port .and 1 week later was again right on time to pick us up and take us to the airport again with car seats saftly installed..would absolutely use and recommend there services
