Solid, responsible merchant that earned my trust.

Great sale price, took a bit of the sting out of an overly expensive product (not BRD’s fault). Shipped very quickly. Experienced glitches in transit with shipping Co, BRD was very responsive with the issue & quickly offered to make it right. Package showed up before they needed to. Will be a repeat customer!

Did not honor price or shipped the product.

They charge my credit card and then Nancy canceled my order. They would not own up that they made a mistake and rather said it was a fraudulent charge. I’ll never trust this company again. Nancy was very rude and blamed me that I was A fraud. you’re one of the few known companies that I have not done business with. And yes, all the major companies I have and they do not discriminate against my money. Be warned and do not recommend doing business with this company.
