Popped into the shop in Manchester a few weeks ago looking for some shoes and one of the guys in the shop showed me the website. Once back at home visted the site, ordered what I wanted and was with me in 3 days. Easy site and effortless.

Very good experience, the board I ordered arrived on the day specified and as I ordered a complete, was impressed by the set up and quality of the product. Will definitely use black sheep skate store again.

Superb selection, really quick and easy to use and the whole experience is exceptional. The only problem I've found is that I still can't stand on my skateboard, but that's because I'm rubbish, not my gear!

I ordered a pair of shoes and they arrived within 24hours, this is probably standard for UK customers but I am based in the channel islands and it is usual to have to wait up to 5 working days for any 'next day delivery' items from other UK retailers so well done BSSS! We will be ordering from you again :)

Placed my very last minute order on line and as one of the items was not in stock one the team called me, offered an alternative and still got my order out even though it was very late in the afternoon. Simply excellent service.

Deck arrived, fully grip taped, and despite delivery issues, Driver got address wrong, set up re-order for next day, Xmas eve delivery, with another company, all time polite and helpful. Brilliant.
