right out of the box my bl8800 pro has terrible sound for phone calls and messages. it's, so far been impossible to reach anyone to fix this. also this issue is pretty common but on its site/s there's a section that talks about poor audio, and it only addresses problems that are caused by dirt in the mic(customers fault) and water in the mic (again customers fault) even though they claim that it's waterproof and not water resistant. not the customer's fault but the manufacturer's, and there's no mention of that on their documentation.

My phone broke due to a technical issue I have tried for the past month to get customer support to help me but nothing. I waited much longer then expected for the delivery almost 4 months then ibe had the phone maybe a month if not two now my phone will not work at all

So I've been dealing with Ron via email after purchasing the BV9900E via the US Blackview store.
I bought the phone and after a day the phone was dispatched. Ron sent me a tracking number. 5 days later, still no phone had arrived. I emailed Ron to let him know.
He sincerely apologised as he let me know after another day later that my phone was lost in the post via UPS. Also informing me that it could take up to a month for it to be relocated and to hopefully then have it still arrive on my doorstep.
With not wanting me to wait a month he quickly organised a 2nd BV9900E phone to me and thankfully just a day after it was dispatched, it thankfully arrived safely at my home.
The phone is a sturdy device and am still finding out the pros of the phone!
Although disappointed to not initially receive a phone, I am delighted with Ron's quick response to rectify the lost phone situation.
I'll certainly use Ron and the team when I upgrade my rugged Blackview phone in the future. You won't be disappointed with their service so I can't thank them enough!

I love the 9800 Pro
I have a 9800 Pro. There's few stuff on the installation which I personally never seen in another phone, everything seems so well done and carefully planned. What mostly surprises me is that it is now almost 3 years old: I use them for work, usually they barely least 1-2 years, so this is a miracle. This is a real rugged phone to a very decent price.
Only 2 downsides for me: the camera, but personally I don't require quality on pics for work. And two, and this is a little more important, the long usb-c plug. It's quite uncommon, it gave me very hard time when it comes to interface something i.e. external cams, I have to look for various adapter which usually cause other downsides. It wouldn't be bad if the official store could sell original adapters to help out for this limit.
But overall, I love it. Best phone for work I ever had, for a very decent price.
Can't say the same for the cheaper model, the 5000something, not enough performant.
Never got the phone
I never got my phone because I didn't use these guys. I went thru the jack asses in hong Kong. Well I never got my phone or a refund. Use the u.s. store in Texas. At least they will answer their phone.

I am giving Blackview USA 4 stars because of the helpful information I received from customer support. At first I was disappointed because no one responded in the customer service chat box. I also sent an email and then got a response within a couple hours. I've had a terrible experience trying to get support from Blackview Global. My advice is to stick with Blackview USA when it comes to customer service.

Would not accept being charged. Blackview firstly said they would send the replacement part and I would have to pay for the repair???
They then asked me to return the phone and they would pay the postage. This was $120!!!!
They denied receiving it and after 2 months of everyday haggling refunded me the cost of the phone but no refund to return it. DISCUSTING SERVICE

Blackview rugged mobiles
Recently I became a Blackview mobile phone convert. The reason is simple despite one disappointing model, I have found that they are built like tanks. Being disabled I now have two in case of unexpected emergencies, both are waterproof and very tough. Following my latest purchase I received a free Bluetooth speaker after I registered the warranty plus received an 14 day extension to the warranty.
Please note that the mobiles I have are both of the tough and waterproof variety. Purchased both on Amazon.
Now for the downside you have to pay a bit more for this type of mobile and really need to search for a bargain as the prices increase, but this is still worthwhile as I can't afford the better and sometimes lesser brands.
Had problems getting activated on ATT
Had problems getting my BV9900 activated on AT&T. These folks were extremely helpful in getting the phone to work. Support above and beyond what I expected.
Great product and awesome customer service
I have owned a blackview phone for a while and have to say it is by far the best functioning and most rugged phone I have ever owned.The customer service was top notch, answered all my questions fully and made me feel comfortable buying a different model than I previously owned.

Last November I bought in the Blackview online store the rugged phone BV9900 Pro. It has been a really bad decision. Since the very beginning the phone makes a strange sound when you press the screen and previous to receive a notification. From customer service they gave me several solutions and no one worked. Even they offered me to go to a local to amend that noise but I paid for a new phone not for repairing one. I didn't feel safe if a mobile phone did that noise, so I asked to return this faulty item and exchange for a new one. But I have to pay the shipping fee! Sorry???? I would understand that way to procedure if I would have broken the phone. But I DIDN't. It came to me with that fault, I have realised about it from the first day and I told them since the very beginning. I don't want to repair this phone because I paid for a new phone. So this default phone is theirs. I want the product I bought and I don't see fair to have to pay any shipping fee for it because that wasn't what I have bought. All of this is not my fault. It is their fault and they don't care. I am very disappointed with this brand and after two months I am still waiting for a solution. I wish I could return the phone (without paying anything), have the refund and never again to buy anything from this store.
