Bad, bad, bad, I have had 4 blackvue cameras and every single one has had constant problems, be it picture quality, sd related, overheating, firmware!!! To name a few! Never ever again do!!! Please do your research, you will find a horrendous amount of unhappy customers, I hope this save
Enquired with the company about buying a dash cam. Didn’t seem interested in answering my questions. Gave up in the end and went to another supplier. Dreadful customer service for a premium product.
Dreadful service from this company. Had a fault with my dash cam and the so-called service was non-existent. They couldn't solve the problem and didn't appear to have any knowledge of what it may be.
In the end I gave up and bought a different make. They also quoted me £150 for a simple hard-wire job, which my local auto electrician did on my drive for £35. It took less than an hour.
Blackvue cameras are generally fine, mine lasted seven years before it developed a fault, but do not buy one from this company. Get it from Amazon or anywhere else.
