A Chinese company so there will be customs charges to pay & delivery was not speedy! There was an issue with our order not being complete but it was solved relatively easily. Just be aware that they are not an EU company and get an electrician to have a check. Still a lot cheaper than similar lights from here & they look great!
Waiting for 55 days for my order to come, rare responses to my emails. Similar items from others site (also from China) came after 20 days.
It should be noted that this company ships its items from China and therefore customs charges may be charged in certain countries. This was the case for me and I was not made aware of this in advance of purchase. I have to say that the item I purchased looked great but when illuminated flickered baldly and it is therefore unusable. Very dissapointed.
I needed to change hues for two of the lights in my request and Steph at client assistance was extremely useful. Administration was benevolent and the lights are exquisite.
Haven't introduced all lights however they showed up very much stuffed and all appear to be all together. The lights look precisely as the photos on the web. This and the opportune conveyance gives a 5 star rate to BWA. Will refresh once we have completed the process of introducing and testing them.
