Buyer beware

I bought a motorcycle carrier part number SMC-600R. I was very disappointed in this product. It did not perform well straight out of the box. My Suzuki Dr 650 barely fits on it. My ibex 800 won't fit at all. See the carrier looks long but in fact it is shorter than my old cheap one that actually holds my bike well. The claim it will hold 600lbs but I'm not sure how true this is if the bike won't even fit. I had reached out to black widow through their website and I even left a review on Amazon where I purchased it through them. They never responded. I would never recommend their products at this point. I will have to heavily modify this carrier just to carry my 500 lb. Ibex 800. And I truly don't know if I can trust it at this point. Is it worth loosing my bike off the back?
