I bought one of Black Wolf's WUSH earwax cleaner products in 2023. I have used it less than 10 times, probably 6 at the most. I stored it when not used (most of the last 3 years) in a cabinet not exposed to any unusual factors. I took it out a few weeks ago and it was dead: Would not take a charge, no lights, just dead. After several emails with the company asking for a repair or exchange, I was told it was out of warranty and offered a $15 certificate to buy a new product from them. Of course it was out of warranty, but should a product die after so little use? I turned down the gift certificate offer: As the saying goes, "Fool me once shame on me, fool me twice shame on you." In my opinion, based on other reviews I have read and my own experience, this company knows it has a QC problem with its WUSH product and doesn't care as long as it can get away with selling it.

I purchased a Wush ear cleaner a few months back. Worked fine for a few months, then stopped working after 5 seconds even though it was fully charged.,
I tried writing to their customer support e-mail address twice and never received any response.
It appears that this company markets their product and then disappears.
I would NOT recommend this company or their products at all!

No customer support number. No estimated shipment or arrival on products.

Loved the skin care products but the sonic scrubber handle split open after 6 months of use. Out of warranty. They do not sell replacement parts. I contacted them to see if they had improved the design so this would be avoided and they offer me $15 off a replacement. Too expensive to replace ever six months. It’s a shame there was a lot of potential.

I purchased a wush triple jet stream powered ear cleaner as a present for someone in the autumn ,it is now March and I have only just found out that it doesn't work,lights come on and you can charge it ,the pump makes a noise but no water comes out the nozzle.

I would steer clear of this product

I purchased my first BW products back in May 2024 very pleased with all their products thus far their washes, body scrubs, eye icings, acne sprays and shampoos work for me and others I have shared their products with…love them.
Only negative I have found is the shampoo and conditioner bottles leaking when traveling thus my 4 star review.

I purchase the WUSH after seeing the product on TV. I was really looking forward to trying out the product and I can’t tell you how disappointed I was. I thought maybe I wasn’t using the product correctly so I got my husband and son to try the product and they were as disappointed as I was. This product cost me £70 and is definitely not worth the money.

Very happy so far with my BlackWolf Wush Ear Cleaner. I have small ear canals and with this product I am hoping to save a lot of money in the long run. I usually have my ears professionally cleaned, often (which used to be once every 6 months and with this device I'm hoping to reduce visits to once a year). I'm hoping this can be used as a maintenance device for inbetween professional visits to an ENT. Tried it for the first time today and it felt really relaxing in my ears, and managed to clear them a bit too (this was on Mode 1 - the least powerful). Followed what to do step by step and seemed to work really well for me. I think there's a lot of mixed reviews about this product but just make sure you do your research on what it provides and when you shouldn't use it (such as if you have an ear infection or have perforated eardrums), before buying.

I had purchased BlackWolf wush in December 2023, and used it for the first time and sustained ear injuries and ended up in the hospital, I did notify the company, they were goody goody until I received the products back then disappeared. I strangely advice do not purchase BlackWolf wish

Ordered the Wush pro ear cleaner. It broke 5 months later I contacted the company and they said it is past the 90 day warranty. BUYER BEWARE! They informed me that there is nothing they can do except offer me a coupon for 20% off in store purchase. Why would anyone spend any more money with a product that has inferior quality. It is junk. I should of known with a 90 day warranty they know it’s garbage, since they don’t back the product longer.

I ordered the ear wash machine 2 weeks ago. I paid for express shipping. I was contacted saying product was back ordered and I could cancel. I requested a cancellation but instead they still decided to ship it. I still haven’t received it. When I do receive it I will be throwing it in the garbage. Do not recommend this company.

My wife ordered two of the WUSH ear cleaners. We opened up the first box and it was defective and didn't work. I have contacted Black Wolf Nation numerous times about replacing the one that didn't work with no response. Customer service is not a priority to this company and if you have an issue, you are out the money.

I purchased 2 sonic scrubbers. One works, one does not. I email customer service. I'll come back to let you know how that works out. Order No. 436380

Fantastic products so far I'm extremely happy and extremely satisfied I highly recommend these guys for men's skincare 100% if this opinion changes I will update again but as of now everything is just 100% perfect indeed definitely what I've been looking for in a men's skin care routine forsure there was only one thing I wish they had but not a problem that they don't which is a retinol serum but they don't but even though they don't I found the perfect one on Amazon for a fantastic price then for my routine I only needed one more thing for me personally SPF sunscreen but again I got the one I wanted for cheap at Walmart bottom line. I highly recommend these guys 100%

Most of their products are pretty good but the fact that you can't leave reviews on their website it make it a little suspicious as a company. I asked over twitter, email and they could not tell me how to leave reviews on their site. And of course, all the reviews on their site are extremely good.

I have been using Black Wolf's body wash for a few years now. Their product is amazing. However, the reason for the poor review is because they can't seem to get their shipping info correct. I moved in May of 2021. Every month since then, they continue to mail my subscription to my old address, despite changing it on their website EVERY time, and asking them to change it on their end so that this will stop happening. Normally, they just apologize and send me my body wash to my new address and tell me that this won't happen again. A month later, it happens again. I have changed my address in their system at least 10 times. Yet every time I login to my account, my OLD address is still listed and has it selected as the default address. This month when it happened, I went in and saw that my old address was listed TWICE and my new address was completely absent. When I contacted them about this happening AGAIN, they asked me to go to my old address and ask the person who lives there now if I could have my package. Literally. That was their fix. When I emailed them back, they went silent and have yet to get back to me. It has been over six days now. Still waiting... I also wrote them on their "Contact Us" email address, and still haven't heard back from them on that email chain either.
