When I got the first bottle of shampoo…
When I got the first bottle of shampoo in the mail some of the shampoo leaked out of the bottle during shipping so the bubble wrap and the bottle was covered in Shampoo. Luckily not a lot of it came out. When the body wash cans their was no leaking it arrived perfectly to me and I love using both.

Body wash could have been a little better. Not all natural ingredients are good, is what I heard. I didn't have a problem with them so yeah. Conditioner needs to be bigger than the shampoo!
Face wash was rather drying & there's no moisturizer to go with it!!

And while our HydroBlast Moisturizing Conditioner is slightly smaller, it's super concentrated with premium botanical ingredients, so a little goes a long way -- especially paired with our HydroBlast Moisturizing Shampoo. We are sorry to hear you found the face wash drying. We do carry 3 face washes, and each works best for a different skin type, so one of the others in our line may fit you better. In any case, hope you find one that works best for you!

Quality shampoo and conditioner
Quality shampoo and conditioner, but it’s so expensive. The crazy part is you get less conditioner than you get shampoo. I think that’s not right... overall good items that are a tad bit overpriced. Worth it on a sale. Also, I emailed them because I was charged twice and they managed to keep the extra money bc once was charged to a name on PayPal. That’s a shame.. so be ready to dispute transactions with your bank.

There are of course external factors to consider that causes a dry scalp, and some include showering with hot water (which can damage follicles and dry out scalp), irritated, oily skin, and using a hair dryer too close to the scalp. Our HydroBlast Moisturizing Shampoo could be a better choice for dry scalp. Additionally, it's always a good idea to use in combination with a hydrating conditioner like our HydroBlast Moisturizing Conditioner, or even our superlight Hair Hydrator leave-in conditioner. Hope you find what you're looking for!

Even with everything going on they were quick and respectful wishing could say the same for the other companies I have bought from! As far as the product (I am not sure yet, it was bought for a birthday present and I have to wait to give it to him) but I'm sure he will love it. Keep up the good work and stay safe!
