I’ve used this company for 15 years
I’ve used this company for 15 years. Nothing is too much trouble and they’re the only ones I trust to do plumbing jobs for me. They’ve replaced radiators, replumbed my central heating, fixed leaks, both minor and major, repaired my boiler and recently fitted me a new boiler. His apprentices, Lucy and Tom are both polite and helpful and a credit to Steven and Ashley. Thank you again.

Excellent knowledge, good communication and trustworthy
We are pensioners and were without hot water for several days, feeling quite vulnerable. Had been let down by another company. Arrived as scheduled (excellent communication). The problem was identified and solved quickly. Stephen will be back to service our air source heat pump next month and deservedly picked up work from a neighbour whilst here. Wish we had found Blackwood several years ago!

Air source heat pump installation and servicing
I can contact Blackwood Heating, who installed my air source heat pump, at any time if I have any queries or want some advice. Stephen Blackwood contacted me himself in September after I'd turned off the heat pump for the summer, to check that it was working well.
I highly recommend Blackwood Heating, who are respectful and pleasant workers to have in the house.
