good product but found awkward and painful to use, owing to my arthritic hands and fingers.Informed Blackwood Ltd, said they were on holiday, they suggested a different product and sort when they got back. Brilliant service , I sent first camera back , couple of days got new one,so pleased with design and controls . Also received a refund, the difference between the two products. Great service, no faults ,
