I had ordered an item on 02/27/26 with the status indicating on 02/28/26 that the shipping label had been created, USPS awaiting item. As of 03/04/26, USPS had not received the item and I reached out to customer service. The response I received was "kicking the can down the road". They essentially blew me off saying that it has been shipped and USPS has not scanned the item. That's not how USPS works, they scan the item once it hits the originating USPS facility.

Good Company with some customer service issues

Customer service is completely unacceptable. My package was shipped through USPS from Virginia to Utah. They suggested contacting the mail service to get it back on track. Tiffany helped with the shipping issue so I added a star

Blade HQ has been great to work with. My favorite knife retailer! Even though I did have to return one of the Spyderco knifes I bought due to poor finishing job from the factory, Blade HQ refunded my order without issue.
