The website offered pre-chrustmas delivery however the following day I received a phone call to advise the item is in fact not in stock until the new year. Both people I have spoken to where very polite and apologetic so can't complain about the customer service just the wait for the product.

Fantastic after sales care. Occasionally things can go wrong with electrical items and only then do you find out how good your retailer is. Blaines are superb, you get straight through to a human being who is knowledgable and cares. Follow up calls happen when promised, they can't be faulted.
