We are very happy with our new shower room fitted by blaines I need a seat and grab rail in shower this was no problem.
The workmen were very friendly and cleaned up every night they covered the flooring in and out of property to protect it p, in fact when they left every day you would not have known any work had been done there was not mess at all.
I would use blaines again as the whole process was completely painless and straightforward.

Blaines provides top class customer service and efficiency. We were provided with a timeline for the works we had done and everything went to plan. The products we received are top quality and the workmanship first class. We cannot rate these guys highly enough. End result a superb kitchen that not only looks top notch but functions beautifully. Thank you to Blaine and all the team 😊

Blaine’s designed and installed new bathroom and kitchen . Few teething problems with kitchen appliances but all resolved to my satisfaction. I had walls knocked down and doors blocked up plus an RSJ - the workman were brilliant can’t recommend them enough . An expensive project but we’ll worth it a great end result

From start to finish the service from Blaine’s was first class -even though I just wanted a partial refurbishment of my kitchen they were all very helpful and knowledgeable from sales people in the shop who were so helpful in letting me bring samples home to the workmen who actually did the work. They were all friendly and respectful of my home and even though there were one or two hiccups along the way -through no fault of Blaine’s -I was kept informed at all times. Thank you so much for a fabulous job and for making my tiny kitchen feel huge 😀

We picked Blaines as it was easier to have all the jobs done under one roof, as we didnt have the time to pick & choose workmen to come in & out. Richard the manager at the Watton store is very helpful & enthusiastic about their products and we spent many saturdays with him taking up lots of his time, choosing certain cupboards and worktops.
The whole job for complete new kitchen took 3 weeks from arrival of the skip, ripping the old one out to the last minute jobs that needed a touch here & there. All the workmen are really friendly & helpful & cant do enough for you the only problem for me is that they like to turn up at 8am !
Blaine & Richard also made regular visits to the property to make sure everything was going to plan & they were impressed with how good the kitchen looked when everything was complete.
We recommend Blaines for all your kitchen goods, but work with your ideas as sometimes they are better than the norm, i went with 2 different colours for my cupboards, lighter at the top to the bottom, which one of the team wouldn't have thought of doing, sometimes it just needs a womans touch :)
We were also very touched by a kind gesture to us from Blaine, as my husband was going in for a major operation, they really do think of all the little things.

We had a completely new kitchen/diner that involved three rooms being knocked into one. The design that Blaine and Anthony came up with was fantastic, with ideas that we wouldn't have thought of. Their whole team of builders, fitter, electrician, plumber were excellent. If we had any questions these were dealt with quickly by Richard, Blaine or Anthony.
We would have no hesitation in recommending Blaines.

From start to finish the service from Anthony and Blaine was outstanding. We are absolutely delighted with the end result and can’t recommend them highly enough.
We were replacing our existing kitchen which didn’t make the best use of the existing space. Anthony created a design for us that took our ideas and developed them into our dream kitchen. One of things we really appreciated was that he was willing to propose new ideas based on his experience as well as amend the plan based on our feedback.
The kitchen was installed whilst we were on holiday and Anthony kept us updated at every stage of the removal of the old kitchen and installation of the new one. We received regular photos and videos too.
We included a Water Softener, Hot Water Tap, Underfloor Heating, removal of Radiators and laying Floor Tiles in the project, all of which Blaines completed for us.
We did have an issue with the underfloor heating post installation, however Anthony and Blaine treated this with absolute priority and the issue was resolved very quickly.

Blaines team recently successfully completed a full house renovation for me. This project started as a kitchen project which included a kitchen extension and complete bespoke stay of the art kitchen design. This quickly moved into further bespoke designs for my bedrooms, office, 2 bathrooms and lounge. Including flooring throughout the property, rewiring and lighting of the whole property as well.
This is my second project where Blaines team have provided a profesional approach which we class as second to none.
From the moment you enter his premises, engaged design visits and meetings, incorporating reliability with realistic timescales, expertise from his complete team from shop staff, designers, specialist trades and top class materials and products utilised throughout the project.

Fantastic job and thank you for the work and professional effort from everybody.

As a result I would have no hesitation recommending Blaine's from the provision of house old goods to complete renovations.

All management and workers really helpful, polite and good at their job. All work related to our new kitchen
went well. A small hiccup in the collection of the skip.
Just took nearly 2 weeks after work finished for the skip to be collected.

Excellent and amiable service from all at Blaine's. An awful, outdated and unpleasant 1970s bathroom was transformed professionally into a bright, accessible room which will probably outlast us. Helpful and pleasant staff and overall great service. Thank you. Thoroughly recommended.

Good quality fitters, but poor quality company and very arrogant management attitude when anything goes wrong. Not recommended.

Replaced existing laminate work top with Corian. Scheduled all the work to fit around us and were helpful in allowing us to choose the best colour by letting us take the sample pack home for an extended period.
The fitters were very good and even made a few minor changes during the fitting which improved the appearance of the final product. Overall very happy!

Very helpful staff, offering suggestions to improve on the designs and help.me to keep the cost down. Workers reliable and helpful. Always left the place clean and tidy. Very happy with the result! Any delays were explained and at the end I got a lovely bunch of flowers!
