I order a for a flat screen and I haven’t got no answer or no reboot on my app on my package so can you please send me my money back or send me my package?

I never received the product and can't find a way to get a refund. Very unhappy and disappointed

I have two orders that were stated as delivered and have not received them the items took a month before it was supposed delivered.
I ordered a 32" smart tv and a 4 set of heated robs and I don't have neither. I would like my items or a refund ASAP

I ordered 3 devices on 12/6/25. It's now 12/29/25 and I still haven't received a email from the company, nor any devices. DO NOT ORDER!!!

Scam. So unbelievably frustrating once it was understood their email address was nonexistent and the product would never arrive. They need to be shut down.

Its a Scam website , the email address doesn't exist.
I place and order for 32 inch tv from this website, they never shipped.

Ordered in June and received nothing. Order keeps saying "awaiting shipping" . Lesson learned, Luckily I wasn't out much money.
