Répéter will be worth a future repeat
Recently I ordered 3 different Répéter g-strings, but one of my preferred colors was out of stock. Blanc Menswear's customer service quickly offered me a substitution for a different color. My order shipped in a very timely manner. Once I received my new undergarments, I was extremely pleased with the comfort and support I found wearing them. I'll definitely purchase more products in the future.

I came across this brand of underwear…
I came across this brand of underwear by chance and have to say. They have become my favourite underwear of choice.
I just love them, they’re comfy, fit really well and I feel good wearing them, they also wash really well. I’m certainly not the model type in their adverts but I think I still look great in them.
I would definitely recommend them.
Never had an issue with the underwear or shipping. Communication with company has always been good, so no negatives, just all positives.🙂

Won’t Be Ordering Again
Tomorrow Jan 9th 2023 will be 2 weeks since I’ve placed my order. And STILL I have yet to receive my order. I’ve even got 2 email asking how I like the underwear. Kinda hard to do a review when you haven’t received the order. I most likely won’t be ordering from Blanc again if this is how long it takes to get orders out to the customer. Also, it was over a week after shipping that I got the tracking information, and I had to ask for that!

Sorry you are not satisfied. We do give 2 weeks for shipments to the US but have also been made aware of some delays.
In regards to having to ask for tracking information; we are not automatically supplied with tracking information for shipments outside the UK; we have to access the couriers system to retrieve this; it is not automatically supplied like UK shipments.
