When my order did not arrive as expected, Jane contacted the courier and tried to track it down. She then offered to post me a new order which arrived very promptly. The blankets are a good size and of great quality and the colours were just as expected . Excellent customer service and experience of shopping with the Blanket Box.

I ordered a recycled wool blanket on Tuesday and it arrived today, Thursday! Excellent service and product. Love that it's recycled and British made by a small business. It's much better than I anticipated at such a reasonable price, free delivery. Very glad to have found Blanket Box and wouldn't hesitate to order again.

Highly recommend Blanket Box. I recently purchased a beautiful rug from them. The product itseld is lovely, but also 5 stars on communication and helpfulness. They went out of their way to help me when I, post purchase, wanted to change postage conditions. Will be a return customer.
