This was my first order with…

This was my first order with Blankstyle. Everything went smoothly from the quoting process and the digital mock up they provide.You will actually get to talk with someone in the art department before they start the production process which helped put me at ease. They have a fast turn around time and great customer service overall . Would highly recommend.

Taylor gets my vote

Taylor gets my vote! I came to blankstyle on a referral. I didn’t have high expectations so to the fact that my design had various degrees of difficulties. Let’s start with the color match Pantone to thread process. Taylor was very detail oriented and mindful of the importance of quality over speed. After several emails and phone discussions we got the colors to my co Read more about review stating Taylor gets my votemplete satisfaction. Then we worked on getting the different elements in the design to appear in the sew out. Boy I tell you, had it not been for his willingness to go beyond providing the basic level of customer service, I know this process would have been a less pleasant experience. I hope your other team members are as patient, thorough, and will do their due diligence to aim to please customers all the while keeping in mind the company’s core values to move the project along in a timely manner. I was impressed that he was willing to allow me to help him match the thread colors instead of just doing it himself. No arrogance or ego trip there my friend. He did not hesitate to send me thread color schemes or show me them on marathons site. He even learned a new acronym, S.L.A.P. You have to ask him for the meaning.

And one more thing, Taylor was easily accessible. When I called and he wasn’t there, I didn’t want to talk with anyone else, not because I didn’t think they could be of assistance, it was more of the fact we had a thing going and I didn’t want to have to reexplain or inject another person into our mix to possibly complicate my already complex design.

And I give blankstyle a big thumbs up for having real people answer the phone instead of solely relying on an email ticket number to do business and communicate with customers. If email was the only way, I would have been extremely frustrated because somethings are difficult to express or articulate in writing when it comes to trying to share ideas and thoughts or work through color schemes and matching.

Blankstyle has always been there to…

Blankstyle has always been there to assist me and meet my deadlines even on short notice. The prices are fair, quality is great and their customer service is amazing. I’ve spoken with a few people there and they are always kind and willing to help me find the best option. I would recommend to friends and family.

Blankstyle goes back on their word. DONT SHOP THERE

First they sent me the wrong shirts. Then when I called and talked to (sales lady) she set up the return number and said she would not charge me for the restocking fee. I then paid 10.50 to return the shirts. Then they only credited my card 16. 93 for my original order. Original shipping was 12.50. I called to complain and left a message. (sales lady) called back and said that they don't return shipping which I understand, but then she said restocking fee blah blah blah. Then get this she said that a 5% discount coupon I used in the original purchase would also be deducted from my refund. WHAAAAT?? Your now punishing me for a courtesy that you offered me in the first place???
I had to call my credit card company to reverse the charge and when I told them about the Coupon theft they gave me back the shipping too
DO not deal with this place or ( the sales lady ).

After reviewing this order, it was shipped correctly and completely. A return request was submitted by Derrick and as a courtesy, we waived all restocking fees and refunded everything except for the outbound shipping cost. Derrick received 5% off his order as a coupon discount, so when that order was returned and the order balance went to zero, 5% of zero is zero and the coupon disappeared. We in no way punished or charged Derrick for using a coupon. Derrick called in and was frustrated over the outcome of his return, so as a customer courtesy we elected to refund his initial outbound shipping and his cost of shipping to return the merchandise. At the time Derrick stated this had resolved his concern. We are sorry to see here that he was not fully satisfied.

Live USA Customer Service/Great Experience

Thanks blankstyle I love the products and ultimately was surprised and happy with the speed of delivery. I received my order and was missing almost half the items (or so I thought) ~!!Concerned, I called the number on their website and I was amazed by how easily I was actually able to reach them by phone and speak with an actual human (something you don't find much of these days, and if you do it's usually overseas and unhelpful!) I spoke with Chloe and she was very nice and informed me that it is common that orders will be shipped from more than one warehouse, resulting in multiple packages for delivery.
Chloe kindly explained that if I log into my Blankstyle account that all the tracking info should be there and sure enough it was! Thank you for the help Chloe, I will make certain to log in
next time first so that I can view all the tracking information.

didn’t honor web pricing

I made a purchase and hours after check out I was emailed saying there was a glitch and the price of my items were wrong, they asked me to pay double what I had just paid or they’ll cancel my order. I asked them to honor the price on the website and they lied and said it was priced right but glitched at checkout, I wouldn’t have bought 3 of the same shirt for $22 each, I only wanted 3 because of the $10 price. Bad company policy

Fast Shipping Great Service

We ordered shirts for a church fundraiser and couldn't be happier. We were looking for high quality 100% cotton shirts that fit within our budget. After browsing blankstyle we found a number of good options. We called in and spoke to Gabe who was very friendly and knowledgeable. We were surprised to receive the order the day after checkout! Our experience was great this time around we will be back thanks blankstyle!

Never purchase from this business

Never purchase from this business. I placed an order with printing. They changed how the pictures were printed and refused to do a reprint. I couldn't use the shirts are the changed prints looked ridiculous. Hundreds of dollars wasted! Look else where and save yourself the drama.

Fast Shipping Easy to shop

I found blankstyle when I was searching for the Cotton Heritage MC1050 (mid weight t-shirt) A friend who knows printing recommended this t-shirt for DTG printing since I just picked up a used Anajet DTG printer woot woot! I googled Cotton Heritage MC1050 and blankstyle came up as a distributor. Here was my experience.

1) I clicked on the search result and landed on the product I was looking for big plus!
2) I added 5 sizes in two different colors to my cart pricing looked correct a little hard to tell since its a tiered pricing system
3) I clicked checkout and filled out my shipping details and payment info
4) I got a confirmation email
5) I got a tracking email later that night (thought this was very fast!)
6) Package arrived the very next day.. (extremely fast!)

Overall a great experience the only negatives were when I checked out there was no delivery time line estimate.. As it worked out this didn't really matter! When I checked the policies it says 3-5 days for delivery i obviously got my order much faster so i'm not sure whats up with that.

Horrible shipping times/costs

Horrible shipping times/costs, horrible customer service, horrible company!

I put in an order with Blankstyle.com for an order of 100 shirts for a company event. The event was Dec 8th 2018, I put the order in on Nov 19th 2018 - almost 3 weeks before the event. Before I placed the order I checked with their customer service team to make sure they would be able to meet my deadline and they reassured me 3 times that meeting my deadline was no problem.

The day before my event rolls around and still no sign of the shirts. The tracking number I received from Blankstyle said the shirts were going to arrive 2 DAYS AFTER the event. I frantically called and emailed the customer service team (Robert) in an attempt to figure out what was going on. It turns out they just did not ship the shirts in time and made it very clear that they did not care to help me in any way.

After not even receiving my items on time, Blankstyle.com did not offer any sort of options for recouping any of the money I spent on shirts that they DID NOT DELIVER on time for my event.

If you are thinking of making an order from Blankstyle, DON'T. Their shipping charges are ridiculously high and products were not even soft as advertised. ZERO STARS for Blankstyle.com.

We were made aware of Erins in-hand date. The garments Erin ordered had to be shipped in from three east coast warehouse to our print facility on the west coast. We let Erin know we would do our best to make her date but that the date was not guaranteed due to potential delays outside our control and she agreed to proceed. We also let her know that because this was a custom decorated order we would not be able to offer a refund if the date was missed. We did everything we could to make that date. Ultimately we shipped on time and UPS was delayed in transit. As soon as we found out the order was not going to make it on time we contacted Erin and offered to reprint for free on similar garments we had on hand and ship overnight Saturday delivery to make the event. Erin declined then contacted us requesting a refund. We explained the policy that had previously been agreed to and offered a customer satisfaction discount. Unfortunately, there was nothing we were able to do to help resolve the fact that Erin didn't get her shirts on time. We have since adjusted our procedure to allow for more clarity accuracy, speed, and margin for error. Our goal is to satisfy all customers and when we cant adjust so we can!
