We stayed in Blanq carmen Valencia for a week. .We arrived in the evening around 8.pm. the hotel staff insisted on taking the full week payment for our holiday. We had paid the first night on booking. The noise in the room from the traffic below was terrible. We did not sleep from the constant sirens and cars. We checked if the windows were open and discovered that there was no glass in the window. The shutter was old and frayed. We complained to reception but no solution was found. We are full sorry was the simple reason. The next morning we bought ear plugs. Unfortunately this was not successful. We came home exhausted. This hotel is not cheap. Overpriced and staff don't really give a dam.
