Absolute Scam . Products looks nothing like the website . Would definitely warn anyone to Nevvvaaa order from these scanners.

Ordered three pieces. Only two arrived. The Men's Tulum Linen Holiday Cardigan is advertised as being made of linen. I'm not sure what fabric it actually is, but it feels synthetic, and it's most certainly not linen.

Blaroken if I could give a - star review I would. not even the jacket I ordered.quality is terrible the lining appears to be cut out. Definitely a rip-off. Blaroken R. I. P.

Can I give a zero star?
This "company" is a damn scam. Been 3 months. No package. The tracking info has said the same exact thing for 3 months. It even says expired and they still won't give me my money back. Actually a rip off. Do not use this company for anything ever.

It took forever to get the product. Items are cheaply made. One item was 1 size to small. So I plan to donate that particular item to some charitable organization.

Wish I had read this review prior to ordering.

This business isn’t not what it claims to be. Stay away from this business. If you order from these people you WILL be disappointed. I guarantee.

The items shown in there catalog are nothing like what was received. The quality is simply junk.
It took 3 weeks to finally receive my order and it is such poor quality I will not wear it. It was totally represented.
I will take this as a lesson to only buy from American based companies, and pay attention to the reviews posted.
This was a total scam.

It is a HongKong based business. It is a scam. Below is an example of the mechanics:
You buy an apparel for $50 + s/h & tax. You pay through your credit card.
They send you a very polite confirmation email.
You are told to be patient and wait.
You get a worthless thin piece of material, paper-like that is useless transported by an obscure carrier (certainly NOT USPS, DHL, UPS or FedEx.)
You complain
They send you a link for a $19 voucher for you to purchase more.
If you decline and insist on a refund, they send you a $16 refund. Waaaaay off the $50 you paid. Do NOT accept the voucher.
So they profit $34.
Again waaay off the $50 you paid. If you agree to take their refund or voucher, then the transaction is valid so you shouldn't be filing a complaint.

Multiply the difference of $34 by the number of customers they scam, say 10,000 customers.

That's a $340,000 profit!!!

If you complain to your credit card issuer, they will remove the $50 entry in their ledger TEMPORARILY. If they are NOT able to get the money back from Blaroken, then they reinstate the $50 against your account (read the fine Print).
Do you really think a foreign- based company intentionally scamming unsuspecting Buyers will return that money? If MasterCard-Synchrony Bank reinstates that money against my account, then I will surely cancel my credit card

You are back to square one. A $50 loss.

I contacted FTC and still the website has not been shut down. BBB only addresses North American based companies. I assume Consumer Affairs have the same regional coverage. North America only.

Lesson: Think very hard before you deal with a foreign based vendor. If they are legitimate, then go for it. Otherwise, you will lose your money. There is no way you can go after them to get your money back. They are not physically here in mainland USA. The obscure transport has nothing to do with the transaction (unless they are part of it). Hence the transporter will not entertain any Returns. Who is paying for the Return Transhipment costs, you? Blaroken? Of course not. One will have to absorb the loss and charge it to experience. X 10,000 Buyers.

Just an update on my earlier post...Today (almost a month late) the package arrived...I refused the package and it is on it's way back to Blaroken. Fortunately, I had paid for the item with a credit card. The credit card company reversed the charge. I suggest if anyone purchases anything from Blaroken, to pay with your credit card. The credit card company was very helpful in getting my money back.

I received a jacket advertised as 'genuine suede', but is actually a polyester material designed to mimic a weather-worn suede jacket. After initiating three contact attempts, I still have not received a response to initiate return. Rather expensive mistake if there is no resolution.

I only wish I had checked this site before I bought from them. They are utterly untrustworthy. Fortunately, the item I purchased from them was available elsewhere. The order I placed with this other company has been delivered and worn twice since I started to complain to these lovers.

Stay away from them.

I asked for a refund they send me a voucher code without instructions on how to use it or how much it was for
They may as well have robbed me of 80 quid
Do not go near it you will end up using the clothes as rags to clean the car

If I could give zero stars I will. They just stole $98 from me. I have not received my clothes and looks like I won’t get a refund.

One shirt is missing a letter and 2 letters are not completely there. They offered an $8 voucher for a $24 shirt that I can't wear, and then I would have to spend more money to use the voucher. I don't think so, worst retail experience ever.

Everything as bad as everyone has said. Order wrong, items missing, weeks waiting for items, won't refund. Without a doubt the worst internet shopping experience of my life. Customer service a joke. They should be prosecuted.

I gave them a ONE because their Rating system does NOT have NEGATIVE numbers. Blaroken should be investigated for fraud! The most absolute WORSE internet Company I have ever dealt with.

Their quality of clothing is garbage.
Nothing looks like advertised,Everything is coming apart and the colors are fading from everything.

Unfortunately I had a similar experience. The fabric is not as advertised, they offered me free stuff instead of a refund, followed by a strange offer to only refund me $25 then keep the product? they lied and said they would refund the cost of return shipping then refused. And they have yet to process my refund. Not enthused.

Scam scam scam !!! I’ve never received the merch I ordered, over a year ago. STAY AWAY !!
