Do not buy total waist of money then they give u a hassle returning there junk good thing I payed with a master card I sent it back master card refunded my money all I can see it doing is causing mold with the moisture this product should have been banded from the market again it is a scam

While your response talked up the product is m not the only one who left a negative feed back witch left this product a 2.5 star rating if it were a good working product the reviews would have been way better

Do not. I repeat do not buy or even deal with this company Blaux. We ordered three of them last year never received the product they wouldn’t answer calls they shut down their telephone system and redirected calls to an answering service that would just hang up. But of course they took our money. Which was thankfully refunded by the credit card company

It does take a long time to get this shipped to Canada; I'm not sure why. However, the product works beautifully and does not leak. (I've tried others that leak). I use it at home and at work and want another!

used last night for the first time. Sadly disappointed. The "fan" couldn't blow the skin off a rice pudding, and the temperature was slightly below ambient, until the ice melted then it was room temp. Should have just bought a regular fan.
Obviously untrue when it says it can cool a room.

Do not buy these portable AC units. It's a complete scam. A regular fan will do a much better job and cost 10% of the price. I tried to cancel my order in August of 2020 since the units hadn't arrived and the company refused to cancel my order.

As others have stated this thing is a joke, your better off taking a tray of ice cubes and putting it in front of a fan. Customer service is terrible, when
I read the instructions it stated just put the barrel of the cord into the hole on the back of the unit and plug the other end into an electrical outlet and your good to go. However the power cord is a double ended HMDI cord and there is no plug. When i asked the rep why I did not receive a plug ended cord she stated that they dont supply them and I should go to a hardware store and buy one. Funny the picture in the instruction manual shows the plug ended cord
inserted into a wall plug. When I said I wanted to return them she started offering 30% off and as I became more pissed off she offered 50% off. I again stated I still wanted to return them and requested a mailing label for the returns she said we don't supply them and the return would be at my expense

The worse piece of garbage I ever bought! Took 6 weeks to deliver, so summer is over in Canada! 2021, went to try and they simply don’t even turn on! Clearly a scam!!!!! Boo on you! Doubt if I’ll get my money back on 2 units!

Worst company ever. Port ac unit is a fan with very little air movement. Called for a refund. They told me to send it back with tracking which I did. Never have received a refund. Been months and several calls. Each time they say we will check into it. Never a call back never a suppervisor to talk to. No one can ever answer any questions.

Listen to all these other 1 star reviews. They're not lying. This mini swamp cooler is a total overpriced SCAM!

Sooooooo fake. It's a super mini swamp cooler. It feels slightly cool to the human body because of evaporation. It's not a a/c unit and not capable of "cooling the air".

We saw a strong review for the portable AC units and ordered 3 in July of last year. They didn't come until September, when we no longer need them. When we did try them they didn't do anything at all. Maybe a slightly cool breeze but no ability to cool off a room at all. We asked for a refund, but since it has been too long since they were delivered, they have refused. Really just a complete scam.

If you want confirmation of this simply do a video search on Google of "blaux ac portable air conditioner review". Every video reflects the experience we've had. The air conditioner is worthless if you are trying to cool off a room at all.

It doesn't do anything it advertises. It's false advertising. It doesn't even cool anything, and it blows air so slightly that You have to be right on it to feel any air blowing. Then you have to freeze the trays and they melt in like an hour and keep it plugged or it doesn't work..

I was so excited to receive the Blaux Portable AC - G2 unit and I love it!! It has been used in a variety of settings ranging from inside the home to multiple outdoor events.
This unit is very light weight, produces efficient cool air and is very easy to operate. The Blaux Portable AC also has a mist feature which is nice and does not cause moisture to accumulate on nearby objects. My only concern when using this feature is making sure the unit is stable so that the water does not leak (the manual states that the keys should not get wet).
There are three various fan speeds, each of which are a little louder than the previous, but even at the maximum speed the unit is not unbearable and would not bother others nearby (ex. in an office setting).
The unit includes a Type-C charging cable so that it can be charged on the go.
There is also a mood light which is super fun. It can be set to change colors or if you prefer it to stay on a single color the light button can be selected again once that specific color appears.
The water curtain (filter) is easily removed by pulling out the front grill. Per the manual, it states that the water absorption curtains last an average of 6-8 months.
I have been very pleased with this unit and would highly recommend it.

I purchased this heater because my boiler had stopped working. I am very happy with the purchase. I absolutely love this heater on a high setting it warms my master bedroom. I I’ve that’s it has a tip over safety button and that it has dual functions a fan in a heater. I’ve already recommended it to my friends and family.

I like how lightweight and small this AC is. The AC blows cool air and is easy to assemble. Works well and also has a lighting option.

AIts a small fan. Thats all. The air that comes out is the same temperature as the air going in. I really wanted it to be decent air conditioner for my small thirteen foot camper(540 cubic feet), but I should have known better. Save your money! I waited six weeks for this to be delivered and to be disappointed.

Works very well. I love the fact that it not only has 3 speeds, but also a mode that sprays out a mist of air which cools you down further. The portability is great, and it’s definitely cooler than the surrounding air.

I got the Blaux portable ac for my boyfriend who is always hot and I’m always cold so I usually have the heat on. This ac is perfect for beside his bed and he absolutely loves it! I’m so sorry to see all the bad reviews but our experience has been nothing but great. Easy to use, perfect cooling and the perfect size. It’s light and not bulky & very easy to keep neatly on the bed side. I haven’t had any issues and actually want to get another one for me when the hotter months. Overall great product and does what it says.

TO BAD THERE ISNT A + 5 RATING . Bought one for my husband an he loves it an he is not a AC user at all . but works great . so any bad reviews your either doin something wrong ir u need to send it back for may he repairs. I actually came to buy a 2nd one for beside my bed. THANK YOU BLAUX !!! WE LOVE OURS AN ABOUT 2 OWN 2 OF THEM. To you ones saying they are junk ? Maybe u got a knock off or something cause I can HONESTLY SAY OURS IS GREAT AN JUST THE RIGHT SIZE FOR ON OUR NIGHT STANDS.
