❌ SCAM ALERT!
We never received our order, even though we paid 60 euros. No tracking, no updates, and of course, no refund.
It’s absolutely disgusting to be treated like this.

i got my things, but they were very obviously dropshipped and were 100% polyester despite being advertised as 100% cotton

Order 1173 still not delivered. Emailed twice and no reply. No contact details on website

Absolutely awful service paid £50 for a hoodie never received it and I’ve sent two emails with no reply no where to process refunds no contact on website no telephone number DO NOT USE they are a scam

ordered a jacket on the 6th of January looked at the reviews seemed legit read the about of the company so i bought of them 35£ got sent confirmation it said allow 3 weeks for shipping it's now march n still haven't got it, knew it was dodgy when i went to click the link to see where it was like a couple weeks after n the link had been deleted, looked it up on tiktok and so many people have had similar experiences, pls don't buy from them they're a scam taking pictures off AliExpress for items

I'd give zero if I could. I ordered a skirt in December, it's now almost March and it hasn't arrived. Emailed numerous times and no repossession, tried to contact through Shop but nothing. Appalling

70 dollars gone to waste, The about us section really gave me hope I ordered 4 weeks ago nothing don’t respond to emails at all. took money from my card and the order disappeared I really thought it would come the third week. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS.

I’m so sad to know this place is a total scam. Did a reverse image search on pinterest and of course the items came up but from other sellers. Please just to be safe don’t buy from here like i almost did :( glad i checked here first !

Wouldn’t even give them one star if I had a choice. Eager to take your money and run. No customer service whatsoever. Can’t even contact them via the email they send you.

Ordered jeans and and chain + pendant for 65,90 eur on 29. of November 2024. Now is 05. of February 2025. No updates, nothing. Never got it. When I log in, the order is not there anymore. The whole order magically diapered from their website, all I am left with is their email which they didn't answer. You can not even contact them via Instagram messages, they locked them down.
It is extremely unusual waiting 2 Months for an order from Europe. I get stuff from Japan in 3 days...

Bought item start of December, never shipped, no response to emails.

I gave them the benefit of the doubt as stated on their site they are a small team of people. But this is now 2 months later and just a straight up SCAM.

not an honest brand. after purchasing a Hoodie, I found out that this brand was re-selling fast fashion one of them being AliExpress on the website claimed that the jumper was 100% cotton but when it arrived it had a tag on saying 100% polyester and it was saying that it was UK made brand which is completely false because the label also said made in china.

i should’ve read reviews before ordering but i ordered a skirt in december - it says it’s been ready to ship since january and i’ve emailed but no responses ever.

Ordered November and still not received anything, contacted 3 times and no response

Ordered on 23rd November 2024 and have not received my item. They blame the post but I believe this company is a scam.

Never received my order and they don't reply to any emails. Don't order anything from them

We’re now over 3 weeks waiting for our daughter’s Christmas presents to arrive, the company hasn’t replied to any emails. I think we’ve been scammed.

Update: I’ve never been scammed before but there’s a first time for everything, it’s not a great feeling. Avoid these sub human scammers like the plague and report this website alongside dark dolls.shop to Google.
