SCAMMERS All Rubbish plastic instead of leather, returns to go to china “ where they may not reach them” at your own expense. No doubt it would be undelivered and you’d not only be out the cost of the rubbish they’ve sent but postage too. You can opt for 10% refund without returning which is an insult but I’d no option, which 4 weeks later I have not received and they had the neck to say “ you can keep the items or give to charity” oh 🤔 they are my items which I paid £154 for so I’ll decide what I do with them. DO NOT BUY from this scamming company,

Like all the other reviews I wish I had done my research. Ordered what looked like a great quality cotton shirt. I received a flimsy polyester piece of tat. Awful. Don’t use this company. It’s just a scam.

If I could give no stars I would as this company is a big sham. Took weeks for goods to arrive which weren't as advertised. Supposedly leather bags were more like plastic lined with paper

The items they sell are absolute tat. Shoes and ‘leather’ bags are cheap plastic and the company make it as difficult as possible to return /get refund on items.
Please do not waste your money. This site is a rip off and items are not as shown in their photographs.

Looking at the photo advertised a beautiful westie lamp for my elderly mum, she sent me a photo of the lamp.it was a very poor quality. I cant load photos unfortunately. its tatt!!

Another victim of this awful company ..must remember to check Trust Pilot for reviews in future. Reading a lot of other reviews I'm not even going to attempt to try and negotiate with them. Makes me wonder how they can get away with it 😔

Omfg!! The item I’ve received is the most disgusting looking leather I’ve ever seen. I so wished I’d checked this out before.
Absolutely awful and faulty strap too! Once again as others have mentioned feel their email reply about returning to china is shocking and totalitarian misleading to where you think the items are being made and coming from.

Absolutely dire company.
Avoid at all costs.
Total fakes.
All items are plastic & not genuine leather.
Customer service is appalling.
Please take my advice & AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.

I paid for a bag that was advertised as being real leather, however, when it finally came I was shocked to see it was the most awful quality and definitely not leather. When I contacted blend apparel to return the bag as I was very unsatisfied with the quality they offered 10% refund! Or I could donate it to charity! When I requested a refund the mood of the assistant changed to being not very helpful. As it's going to cost nearly as much as the bag to return it. I'll just have to put it down as a bad experience never to happen again. I would definitely not buy anything or recommend anyone else buys from this company.

I ordered a leather bag from Blend Apparel 's closing sale. After three weeks the bag arrived reeking of chemicals that was clearly not leather. BA told me my options were to return the item to China or keep it and request a 10% refund. Returning it was laden with threats that if I did so the process would be protracted and likely fail and I would pay postage.

Terrible Very disappointed not one part of either bag appears to be leather, doesn’t even smell of leather.
Very misleading not as advertised.
Too embarrassed to give as present as intended, will be donating to charity.
Long delivery from China even though given impression British company.
No response to complaint

Bought a so called leather bag. Thin, FAUX leather. 100% not as described. After a lengthy battle to get deserved refund they went on radio silence. To return bag to China was £23.50. So I am left without a leg to stand on! Facebook advertising needs to step up.

I ordered a leather bag from a family run business that was closing down. I waited 3 weeks for it and when it arrived it wasn't from any kind of animal I am aware of unless there is a pu one out there. Tried to get my money back the said I would have to pay the return to CHINA still waiting for a return address finally accepted 30% refund which hasn't appeared yet. My advice if you see this advert it is a scam. I have also seen the same bag on Temu and several other sites. If I could give zero stars I would.

I received the items after a long waiting time. Everything I received it was fake the jewellery there wasn’t silver the jacket supposed to be leather he wasn’t and the size it was completely wrong. XL doesn’t fit when you’re supposed to be when I get in touch with them They emailed me and the name of Juliet and the offer me 30% of the money back that after that they never get in touch with me again? I ended up sending. 4 emails never come back to me

Fake products. Make it hard to return and only offer 20% refund if you keep the product. They've been binned. DO NOT BUY!! I raised a case with PayPal for false advertising and got a full refund after some investigation.

The goods were never delivered. Royal Mail were unable to deliver because the address was not complete. The goods were returned to the seller, but I have not received replacement goods or a refund. The goods also took a long time to be dispatched, etc. I ordered the goods on August 14th, and according to the tracking information, they were scheduled for delivery on September 5th.

I wish I'd read all these negative 1* reviews before I parted with my money. I've ordered a "glass" Tiffany style dog lamp but I'm expecting it to a. not be delivered or b. the quality will be crap. If this is a known scammer website why is it not blocked/closed down? Where is Trading Standards when you see all these terrible reviews?

Absolutely appalling. The stuff is not how it is advertised. It is all cheap rubbish from china. Stay away from this site you will be wasting your money . The customer service is virtually non extistant. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE!!!
