This site/business is simply a scam.
Order placed for 2 ‘Leather’ bags and eventually 2 appalling smelly plastic bags arrived.
Avoid at all costs

They take your money and then send out items that do not match the description . You discover they mail items from China and offer goodwill gestures to keep rather than refund in full. It’s a scam so beware! I ordered leather tote bags that are still advertised but what you get are fake pu ones! Not sure how they get away with this but need shutting down as a scam!!! Buyers beware!

I feel so upset that I appear to have fallen for a scam here! I purchased what I thought was a leather bag only for it to arrive and it is not leather, looks nothing like the product I ordered and is in fact very cheap and poorly made. The bag cost me £35 and I will be contacting their customer services for a refund - avoid this company. The worst thing about it is that the website suggests that this company is run by an older couple who are selling their stock to spend time with their grandchildren and have a genuine reason for selling their stock (I don’t actually think £35 is particularly cheap but not bad for what I thought was a genuine leather tote bag!)

AVOID! I’ve been scammed too and could kick myself for falling for it. I ordered the elara retro LEATHER bag. Not leather just smelly plastic. Handles, stitching are not what is photographed on the website. In fact none of it is! Have processed the return and bought via PayPal so will see what comes of it all. AVOID!

Terrible customer service, i attempted to cancel 3 minutes after ordering as i knew it was a mistake only to be ignored and then be told the order had been shipped!!! the Item has now been received and is a cheap standard so will be returned anyway.

Complete con. Bought two bags, fooled by the site, not as described, not leather, cheap and poor quality products. Avoid.

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering, can't be bothered to attempt to return so threw the rubbish bag in the bin

Zero stars. Absolute rubbish. This company lies and sends out absolute garbage. I could kick myself for wasting £43 on this place. Absolute disgrace

The bags are described as leather! The order has taken a long time to arrive. Tracking wasn’t brilliant. The bag looks okay but it is sheer plastic and smells awful.
Thought it was too good to be true. Paid £34 for something that is plastic!

The bag took two weeks to arrive and what was described as premium leather with a soft suede interior was actually plastic. Total rubbish. Luckily I paid with PayPal and I was refunded. Total scam company with false reviews!

I placed an order 2 weeks ago, fortunately I took a screenshot of the order number and have heard nothing since. £35 has been taken from my credit card but no other correspondence from the company at all. I've given them time to deliver my bag, but an now chasing it through email with their customer services. I don't hold out much hope after reading all of these reviews. Awful company who are clearly out to scam people!

These handbags are plastic, not leather. waited weeks to receive my order and was horrified when it came to find that it was a cheap plastic handbag, not a leather bag as described on the website

Complete con said it was a leather bag. After 3 weeks of waiting I received a smelly plastic bag. Con artists

Similar to other reviewers; I saw an article, which appeared genuine; a British couple closing their small business due to being unable to compete with larger brands.
The bags looked beautiful;, advertised as real leather, price knocked down due to company closure (!!) So I bought 2 bags.
They are cheap plastic rubbish. NOT leather; poor quality and smell horrible.
I have emailed their customer service so lets see what happens.

0 stars. This is a scam. Ordered what was advertised as a high quality cashmere jumper; what arrived was a thin cotton and polyester thing that bore little relationship to the picture. Return policy is terrible as you have to return to China when the website / facebook page and .UK address makes it look like it's a company in the UK. More fool me!

Absolute rubbish. Received a bag today and it’s going straight to the charity shop. Cheap, plastic and shiny. An absolute con. Steer well clear.

Chinese scammers!! Don't buy these bags they're rubbish

If I could give 0 stars I would. I also fell for this scam ordering a lovely leather bag from a family run business in England - absolute rubbish - it came from china, it’s a cheap horrible plastic bag. Looks nothing like the picture, no way would I use this. Waste of £35 will be going in the bin.

If I could give a zero star I would , complete falsely advertising of a product , advertised as a leather bag and arrived as the cheapest Pvc material and totally different item , do not order from this company, no response to any emails , they need to be shut down ,a total waste of £31.50 paid
