I gave one star as there isn’t an option of a minus.
Don’t even think of buying from this Company if they are a company and not someone in a back room somewhere churning them out to naive people like me.
My bag arrived today to say I am disappointed is an understatement. What a useless piece of old plastic tat that I’ve paid money for. I do admire their cheek in marketing the “leather” bags as coming from a quaint old country shop in the Cotswolds.
Save your money people, don’t give them the pleasure

Leather bag. Pictures show luxury leather handbag but when it arrived it neither felt like leather nor did it have that distinctive smell of real leather. It cost £30 allegedly reduced from almost £90. This company are in breach of trading standards and I would recommend to everyone not to buy anything from them. Poor quality and misleading advertising

Waited 12 days for a plastic bag not worth £5 on the market. It clearly makes itself out to be a British company but its not, its Chinese. DO NOT waste your time and money.

Doesn't even deserve one star! I was lead to believe that the bag was real leather and it's far from!!! A load of rubbish never buy from them and also made you think they were uk and it china

Found this company advertising their products on facebook. Sold it as a family run business that was closing down. All the handbags were described as leather and looked absolutely gorgeous on their website......they arrived today (bought one for my mum for christmas) safe to say they are absolutely not leather and will not be able to give my mum hers as a gift that's for sure!! Very mis-sold products and they've never even sniffed a bit of leather!! Shame. Won't ever entertain their website again and will make sure I read reviews on the company before I order.

I ordered 2 bags, the quality of both is equally poor. The returns page will not accept "Sale" items. It appears all the bags are "Sale" items, supposedly hugely discounted. The bags are advertised as Leather but they appear to be some sort of textured synthetic.

My bag arrived many complaints after and only after reporting to PayPal. It's not what's advertised. This is NOT leather. Chinese obviously do not know that leather is not plastic. They make it appear as a British company which is not. Don't waste your money. You won't get a refund so just going to charity it sh.t

Scam company I realised as soon as I had placed order so email immediately to cancel my order as per their terms and conditions but no one responded until days later where I was informed that the shoes are made to order and they could not cancel…. Absolutely not true.. lots of back and forth and now the shoes have arrived and I have honestly never seen such poor quality- all plastic held toy with thin elastic. Now trying to recoup money via bank disputes section.

Had to wait a long time for my order but was so looking forward to receiving my items. The leather handbag is ok and a very cheap leather but it will do for everyday. The travel bag is, like others have commented on, a cheap plastic that smells of chemicals and not leather as advertised. One for the Charity shop!
Wish I had found these reviews before I purchased

I was taken in also. It was too good to be true! Waited a long time for delivery and then this horrible plastic bag arrived. Why didn't I research the reviews. There are alot of theses personal stories about closing down to tug at the heartstring, a complete con! Save your money.

Ordered what should have been a leather handbag. Took ages to arrive and when it did not only was it not the style bag I ordered but was also definitely not leather. Cheap and nasty!

I was expecting a leather bag as per advertisement on Facebook. It seemed to be a family company which was closing down.
A long wait for the bag. I finally received it today. Cheap plastic. Not even any good as a peg bag. Please do not purchase anything from this company. Appalling rip off.

Handbag and backpack of very poor quality, Sub-standard workmanship and supposed to be leather but definitely not and smell so strongly of some sort of man-made materials that feel more like old, brittle plastic. All materials are dubious and I doubt the bags would last even a year before falling apart or tearing. I am pursing a refund even if I have to pay for them to be sent back, just for the principle. I need both of these items and was so pleased to find them, as they were exactly what I was looking for even though they were more expensive than I would have liked - I was prepared to pay the asking price because they seemed to be a good match to my requirements . I've been so looking forward to receiving them - and so utterly disappointed - and then angry - when I opened the inadequate packing to find this utter garbage. Blendapparel ... you should be ashamed!

I ordered 2 bags look nothing like the pictures feel like plastic they are horrible I won't be ordering anything else from there very disappointed

So disappointed thought it would be as described but it’s not leather it’s plastic and has a strong smell I should have read the reviews I will never order from them again I just wasted my money

Waited 2 weeks to be dissatisfied with my item Not real leather smell is awful and disgusting like fish in the bin it goes this company should be stopped not a real leather company god knows who they are.

Dress was wrong color and design versus my order
It was impossible to get a refund
6 weeks of emails all basically trying to put you off returning item to China and to accept 10% refund keep the item or donate it

Really disappointed with the bag I bought, it was supposed to be leather, it’s nothing like the bag online and has a strong smell of plastic, it’s definitely not leather and poorly made.
Total scam, don’t buy !!

Ordered three leather bags, one was fake leather and worth £10 minimum, the other was OK and the last made our apartment stink if chemicals for a week. Do not trust, a Chinese company masquerading as a family run western business.
