Beware!

I decided to go with Blend Realty and America First Credit Union to buy a home because of the 1% buyers rebate that was offered. This was a very bad decision on my part.

1. You have to use a partner agent with this brokerage. The agent I worked with had me wasting my time putting in offers that had zero chance of winning and the agent did not have a grasp on the market at all.

2. I ended up calling Chris Cline to get a new agent after losing out on 7 or so home offers. I was doing research online and coaching myself on what I need to do to win a home in Utah. To win you need to remove as many contingencies as possible, offer cash on top, and in some cases, write a letter with a picture of your family attached!

3. The next agent I had was very polite and seemed knowledgeable with a lot of experience. We also lost on homes but eventually won after about the 2nd or 3rd offer put in. I had to put a substantial amount of cash on top and waive the inspection contingency to even have them consider, then ultimately accept.

4. After the offer was accepted I learned that the offer my agent submitted only gave him a 1.5% commission, therefore breaking the agreement I signed with Blend Realty to get the rebate! This was the whole reason I used Blend Realty and America First Credit Union.

5. The Utah market is fierce and you don't want to be ill equipped to battle the many other home buyers by blindly selecting an agent and trusting it will be worth it since you get a rebate.

Good luck.

First time selling a home and Chris…

First time selling a home and Chris Cline was great to work with. Walked me through everything and was available to answer any questions that I had. Learned a lot during the process and when the time comes to purchase I'll be reaching out to Chris again.

Chris Cline - Amazing Realtor and Friend

Chris Cline - was such a pleasure to work with, as he sold both of our rental properties in Superstition Springs - Mesa.
His patience and attitude are among his best qualities.

Chris was our boots on the ground man, and we put our whole trust in him as we worked remotely from Orange County, California.

Chris did a great job keeping us updated on all activity throughout, and always gave us honest feedback to try to get the best and fastest sale. He did an amazing job coordinating with contractors performing work on the homes.

Big ups to Chris for a fantastic selling experience!
Sincerely,
Tony & Ofelia Rios

The Review.

Cyndy is great to work with. I've worked with her on roughly 15 transactions, buy side and sell side, and she has been a rock star even when things did not go as planned. Sometimes, you hit dry well after dry well. Other times, you need to get out of deal because it no longer works. Sometimes, you have to work with other representatives that don't know what they are doing.Cyndy has stayed true through the ups and downs and arounds.

Great Selling Experience!

Just before the holiday season kicked off, my fiancé and I took new jobs that required us to relocate back east. This was our first home and we were sad to leave — and also a bit apprehensive about finding the right person to sell our first home. After talking with a few different people, we found Greg Crespo at Blend Realty.

My fiancé and I are both straight- shooting, numbers- oriented people. We were worried about navigating strategies on selling our first home, especially with the holidays right around the corner and how that would impact our ability to sell. Greg outlined a clear plan and helped us understand the key items to focus on. We listed just before the Thanksgiving holiday and by the end of the weekend we had an offer on the home for full listing price! Greg was great in helping us negotiate a closing date with the buyers and assured we were aware and comfortable with everything in the contract.

We had to move about a month before the house was closed and prior to the house inspection. Right after we left, Greg went above and beyond just keeping us informed of the steps before closing—Greg recommended a reliable cleaning service to get the house ready, coordinated with us to get our dishwasher fixed after we had already left town and even gave us a heads up that weeds came up in our yard after an unusual amount of rain so we wouldn’t get an HOA fine just before closing. We even forgot to bring our garbage can in and Greg stopped by the house to make sure it was put back behind the gate. He was dedicated to making sure that not only the closing went smooth but that everything else with the home was too.

We couldn’t have been happier working with Greg and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to sale their home! Greg prides himself on delivering five-star service and we felt like we got that in spades! It can be chaotic to relocate, especially to out of state, but Greg helped us have peace of mind which allowed to focus on our transition to a new city. After closing this week, couldn’t be more thankful to Greg!
