You did a great job on the song

You did a good job on the song. I’ve already expressed that but the website to negotiate through it and get what you expect was not as easy and clear to follow for instance, I ordered a song it was $79 and then I was asked for an additional $20 for a picture and after checking out on your website, I was given no option to send a picture that I wanted on the magnet for the refrigerator which I felt was a little strange after reaching out to you, we resolved the situation, but it seemed a little con confusing to me if it weren’t for that I would’ve given you five stars
