My company has used Bleuplan over 30+ times and the punctuality, formality and quality of their service is outstanding. They are prompt with their replies, and their photographs are truly skilled and well presented.

I really don't understand the good reviews. They prepared two floor plans for me and they were both rejected by the Land Registry for not being compliant. This company didn't refund me or rectify the problem, so I had to get them done via a third party.

I will be taking them to the Small Claims Court shortly, but I recommend that you confirm with them in writing that what they produce will be adequate for your purposes.

I am happy to provide the Land Registry documents to anybody who questions this review.

Terrible experience and taking my case to small claims court.

Property was damaged on the visit, and reported. Blue Plan refuses to accept liability and is accusing me (the property owner) of the damage occurring on its own during the day.

Each reply from Bleuplan changes their statement, making it inconsistent and not factual.

Do not use if you want to risk losing money to cover damage caused by this company, which far outweighs the cost of them taking mediocre photos.

Millie was professional and made sure our house was represented in the best way possible.

The company is not very professional - the photographer was over 1.5 hours late for the appointment, nobody gave me a heads up that he was running late, I had to chase up myself to find out what was going on. I later received a call from Michael the managing director apologising for the situation and assuring me that he would follow up the next day to check that everything went perfect with the photo shoot. I never heard from the man again. Photos look ok but there are inaccuracies with the floor plan they prepared. I would not use them myself, but sadly I didn’t have a choice as they were chosen by my letting agents

Sam from BleuPlan was fantastic. I haven't seen the photos yet as the work was done just today, but he was very thorough and friendly. The service from the company is phenomenal and their attention to detail is brilliant. Update- the photographs are really great and do the house justice! Thank you!

David and his team are a god send, they are totally professional and beyond excellent in the work they do.
I recommend them to everyone work wise as they are the best in the field.
Each time I’m impressed by how great the floor plans, photos in particular along with the matterport video tours are. My clients are super impressed all the time.
The most helpful every time and are perfectionists at their craft with skills to match.
David is always top man. Shannon is a delight and a special mention to Yasmin who I used to deal with in the past , she as a stand alone is Corporate level class and brilliant at her job - in the past she was an account manager.
All in all you will not find anyone to match this company and their services and expertise, and myself as a small business owner/realtor it’s of paramount importance to get great photos - video tours - floor plans of the back of which the properties sell.
