Genuinely a great experience even with all the negative reviews

I was honestly a bit nervous ordering from Blickers after reading some of the reviews online, but my experience turned out to be completely smooth.

I placed my order on March 9th and received the sunglasses on March 16th here in Sweden, and the expected delivery time was 19/03/26 - 26/03/26, 3 days earlier, instead of later like the reviews, wow!
The sunglasses came with all the expected packaging and accessories, and they were clearly authentic and in perfect condition, despite the reviews.

I also contacted them about the reviews and they responded within a day with a clear and reassuring explanation.

To be honest, the experience was the opposite of what I expected after seeing some negative reviews. For me, the ordering process, shipping, and product quality was all great. Based on my experience, I would definitely feel comfortable ordering from Blickers again.

And im not a bot btw.

On my 8th pair of Sun Glasses from them

I have used them many times now (8) and always receive the product in a reasonable time frame, the quality is very good and most importantly the prices are excellent, certainly compared to Airport rip-off prices and many high street options.

Poor customer service

First order, BLICKERS sent a wrong pair out, in fairness I returned and got a refund

Second time, they refused to honor a promo code they sent me

Third order, received a pair of glasses w crazy looking nose pads they didn’t properly photograph and refused to do anything about it

Wished their customer service was better and that I didn’t give them the benefit of the doubt when giving them another try

Abysmal service

Abysmal service! Sunglasses never posted. Emailed several times with no reply. Waiting for a refund to buy elsewhere. I would not recommend Blickers to anyone! Absolutely awful company

Ich wieder … BLK-2026-777527

It’s me again…

Despite the reply on Trustpilot, I still have not received any feedback from customer service regarding order BLK-2026-777527 (neither inbox or junk mail), for which delivery should have taken place on 20 February 2026, as promised.

I have now noticed that the glasses are no longer available at all. Could you simply issue me a credit so that I can order a different pair of glasses? Why does something like this have to be dragged out for so long when it is already clear today what the outcome will be?

I ordered some glasses two weeks ago…

I ordered some glasses two weeks ago and the order is still sat as waiting to be received by the courier. I raised a ticket with customer service for them to reply saying the order is on its way. Clearly no one reviewed the tracking information. I have had no reply for days. Really poor communication and customer service. Would not shop with them again.

Avoid

I regret that I didn’t check the reviews before I made another order .I can see this is a common thing happening on other peoples orders too
My order was placed on 21st of February ,stated that the item is in stock .
On the 27th of February they sent me an email with the order ready for dispatch.
I also received an email from Evri that they are expecting my order and will let me know when they will receive it.
After 2 weeks I still haven’t got any updates. I Sent them 3 emails with no reply .Order BLK-2026-780498
Glad that I paid using Klarna so I already noticed them and no payment will be released.
This is definitely going to be my last order with this company!

Quality glasses 🍀

I order and I was super scared due to comments. I think it’s just a human scale process, and patience is the key.
I received my glasses YSL in a beautiful packaging a bit more than a week after my order. Super quality for super affordable rate , how lucky!!!
The team did replied to me whenever I was worried and made sure to ship it ASAP.

Ordered 19th Feb still not arrived

Ordered 19th Feb still not arrived. The delivery company have been waiting to receive it for over 10 days but not arrived. No way of speaking to anyone, just raise a support ticket which has a 3 day SLA yet still no response. Chat is just AI.!!! I've had to do a charge back, rip off company

Response is a lie- no one has responded to me and the delivery company they have used claims not to of received the order. This company are scammers look at this copy and paste response DO NOT BUY. Left it with bank for charge back now

Shambles.

I ordered a pair of sunglasses on the 26th Of February 2026. My order number is. BLK-2026-781937
My estimated delivery was 5-6th of March which is fine as its an ‘estimate’. However they still haven’t arrived. I’ve not been emailed and told there is a delay or going to be a delay like I have read on some reviews on here. I ordered these for my holiday. I have emailed but have heard absolutely nothing back. Just absolutely awful customer service.

RESPONSE. :

Not able to reply to your response. I have emailed customer services no response. I have contacted the carrier service Evri who have said they are still waiting for the SENDER to send the item. So can you respond on here as it seems I will get a quicker response on here than from customer services.

Avoid this shop.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I am now stuck with a €300 order I cannot use, even though the problem could have been solved with a simple frame exchange (smaller size).

I even offered to keep and pay for the prescription lenses do be produced again, but Blickers still refused to help!

How could you treat your customers like that? They simply don’t care.

Experiences I had before this: Returns are made extremely complicated, and you have to pay return shipping to Spain yourself.

Finger away. Do not order here.
