Faulty Blind…
Bought horizontal blinds for the kitchen 3 Years ago. The cord in the centre had frayed and I cannot now raise or drop the blind. Had assumed guarantee would cover me for replacement. However they require me to post back to them and pay for repair as now out of the one year full cover. In my opinion these blinds should be lasting more than 3 years and would not recommend them to anyone. Be aware they are expensive for a few years use.

Great service from measuring to fitting. Sam is very friendly, can't to measure up and 2 days later was back to fit our whole house with roller blinds. They look great and very professional, so much so he's back soon to install perfect fit blinds to out french doors. Would 100% recommend.

Lovely blinds, and great service!
We are very happy with our new blinds! Really good service, sent an enquiry and within a few minutes we had a arranged a same day consultation visit to measure up and choose the blinds. We went ahead and a week and a half later the blinds had arrived and were fitted! Great service - would recommend!
