Excellent delivery bearing in mind that the roller blinds were made to measure. Easy to install but a bit tricky to exchange plastic chain for the nickel one without instructions. But once sorted out, the process was simple (involves extraction of end unit from mandrel, removal of plastic locking piece at inserted end so that external cover containing chain could be removed followed by insertion of replacement chain). Well worth paying the extra £5 for the nickel chain which does not kink because of its weight and, therefore, does not require to be fastened at the bottom end by screwing a clip into the strut of the upv support. Need to screw mandrel supports to upv frame of conservatory with half-inch self-tapping screws being ultra careful to avoid edge of double glazing. Finished job looks very impressive, so the wife tells me!
