The fitting instructions for this particular blind was useless, it didn't have any details on where to fix the centre line of the tracking which is the most important part of the installation. They don't tell you how far from the imaginary centre line the blinds extend when twisted to the open position. This took ages to work out and to be sure it was the correct position. Very lazy instructions, they need reviewing by a fitter and then uploaded to the website.

I first see these illusion blinds in a showroom but were expensive so i goggled and found Blinds Direct I am so pleased with my purchase they are exactly the same as the ones I originally saw in showroom the same color and super easy to install the delivery time was a week I would wholeheartedly recommend this company
It is exactly as we ordered. Good quality!
No spare parts were available, so the only option was to purchase new, high-end vertical blinds at a discounted price.
Quality of product good. The illusion blind is ideal for my patio doors. Disappointed that the hooks at the top are on show, despite paying extra for a cassette which I thought would cover the hooks up .
Colour is perfect to match what I wanted
