This is a poor quality product. The blinds cannot be installed using instructions provided. Now they have been fitted the blind doesn't pull to the bottom so they don't actually black out the window. I have been told to reinstall the blinds - but with instructions that don't make sense and I'm not sure would solve the problem. I have requested a refund and so far have not been given one. Very expensive for a product that doesn't work.
