I brought from this company about 4 years ago and what they sent were perfect in every way, brought one to replace one that had broken and it turned up with side winder chain was fitted wrong and couldn’t operate it, plus they have changed the side winder since the ones I brought previously to what seems like a cheap version which doesn’t run smoothly like my original ones. Fabric to fascia wasn’t stuck down correctly,

Cheap compared to other products but that reflects in the qualities of the finished article,
The blinds are excellent quality. They also fitted perfectly to the windows. Once I had worked out how to fit the blinds, the actual installation was fairly straightforward. The only criticism I have, which does not affect the quality of the product, is as follows:- The fitting instructions are not very comprehensive and require some level of expertise in how to measure for and locate the retaining clips/brackets accurately. Also, the fittings illustrated in the instructions are not the same as the ones supplied, which could lead to some confusion. I suggest that someone with experience of fitting the blinds should re-write the instructions to make them more explanatory. Excellent well-made product, slightly let down by not so excellent fitting instructions. Hence the 4 stars instead of 5.
Great and easy to install
Bought for my mum after she saw mine. Mum is very happy with her blind.
We got samples before buying and got what we wanted to cover the elements of our bifold door. Operation is excellent with programmable intermediate stops on closure that allow us to block the right amount of southern sky from our lounge without messing about. Really pleased
