Not nice not finished off it appears all there blinds are made this way, I will continue to purchase from blinds to go there blinds are made to perfection and cheaper.

Quality isn't as expected, cut to size was appalling, pull down kept pulling through the chord, bigger knots required, pelmet screws too long,exposed screws on finish, cutting pelmet damaged finish, advise use a knife not a saw as directed. Not pleased or happy with product.
Quality of wooden blind is fantastic for price paid. Highly recommend and has finished off newly refurbished bathroom. .

Absolutely disgusting service two many irons in fire I have complained sent photos and each reply is someone different saying send photos I have and if I send them again the answer will be the same what’s the matter with them I ordered same size for both windows one not finished off sent me items for me to do it 😡 and the other only had eight slats😡for big windows I am going to trading standers no other choice 😡
