The product was relatively well made. Would have been better if the end caps for the top of the fitting were made of a more substantial material. Feel a bit flimsy. Also the end caps for the bottom of the blind are made of a flimsy plastic and do not stay on. I would have thought these would be stuck on. Also is noisier than I thought it would be when unwinding or retracting. Pleased with it but thought it would be better made for the price.
