Poor customer service Caps came off blinds and won’t go back on - keeps pushing opposite end out Emailed waited weeks for response only to be told can’t email from an a different email from the order - terrible -

Bought three for the sitting room easy to fit and look good
Exactly how I expected.
First order: of 7 blinds were late coming then I was informed they do not sell them anymore 😡 then agreed that same blinds with the toup tape would be sent instead of the string option, customer finally agreed after smoothing it out with her then when blinds arrived they were different once again. Second order: 1 x blind 42/48 mm to narrow although I gave exact measurements ( could see gaps both sides) I got a call after posting a review and asked for a call back the next day which was confirmed but then no call: Tried calling them back but lines say to busy 😡
Didn't expect to have to super glue end caps to stop them falling off of every single blind. Also believe the material has been cut narrower than expected. Especially on main blind where metal is exposed on the roller

I purchased two made to measure roller blinds, and not only did they both arrive shorter than requested, but they were also poorly made, with scratches and faults. The price you pay does not reflect their quality. I immediately reported the issue, and I must express my deep disappointment with how this matter has been handled. Their reply focused solely on the least significant issue while completely disregarding the more glaring problems and faults I clearly outlined in my email. Their selective approach was both concerning and frustrating, as it demonstrated a lack of thoroughness and genuine effort in resolving the issues presented. I have sent further details, including videos showing the faults. Unfortunately, they have disappeared, and I have had no further communication since.
