Lovely fabric - misleading website images The image on Blind Directs website shows a different finish to that received. Neither the photograph, the description or product specification details that roller blinds are finished with a chunky wrapped bottom rail. This meant that the fabric I choose didn't allign at the bottom and the finished blind looks really poor quality. Do not order a roller blind in a patterned fabric if you care about the finished look of your blind. Blinds Direct refused to recognise this was an issue and refused my request for them to alter the hem. However as a goodwill gesture they did offer that I could spend more money with them and reorder at a 50% discount! Why would I want to order the same product with the same issue again?
