when they arrived we only put one up and it was like a banana so we didn’t unpack the rest ,i just want a refund and for them to collect the blinds and have them back

True to measurements, easy to install,clip on cover rail was good, some use a sticky pad and in time they fall off. Look good,very satisfied.
Just purchased 3 blinds. They aren’t as good quality as all blinds purchased a few years ago. Hence one star.
The blinds look good in colour and style, but I was disappointed with the fit. The original smaller blind was longer than the 98 cm drop I ordered, which left the bottom looking untidy. The replacement blinds were made slightly narrower for a recess fit, but I still found them longer than expected and they did not give the neat “perfect fit” I had hoped for from made-to-measure blinds. For a bespoke product, I expected a more precise finished fit.

I was very pleased with the service I received from start to finish, especially when I received one which wasn’t working and didn’t fit properly. They sent me another blind which was perfect, I’m really pleased with the blinds and would recommend Blinds Direct to others
Blind appeared to be well made. Only criticism is that one slat had a small bend in it and another had, what looked like, a small chip in the surface.
