Ordered three made-to-measure bay window blinds, and they arrived 1 cm too narrow because of a hidden “recess deduction” that was never clearly explained. The gaps are very noticeable, and when I called customer service, I was blamed for measuring wrong and offered no solution. Completely unhelpful service and misleading product—would not recommend.

Quite creamy, a lot darker than I thought. I think where we have white washed our walls you can really notice. Once we paint the rooms the warmer colours then the blinds will suit. Just wanted something different to just white. I would recommend ordering a sample.
