My husband and I have recently renovated a house in our home town of East Grinstead and we always support local business. Jordan at BLINDSTAR is not only local, he is incredibly good at what he does. He made a site visit and took me through all the options, and gave me tips from his vast experience that have worked so well for us. Jordan is calm and efficient, just what is needed during a house renovation! The end result is a clean, perfect, functioning home with beautifully made Venetian and Roller blinds. Blindstar supplied and fitted multiple Mahogany Shutters to the front rooms and several electric Silhouette Blinds to the bi-fold doors to the rear of our house, really happy with the professional approach from initial consultation, regular progress updates regarding expected delivery and fitting dates, through to first class installation with impeccable attention to detail. Jordan gave us great professional advice and personally came to do the installation which gave us trust. The results exceeded our expectations and the shutters are really great quality at an affordable price. We compared other companies near by and online and Blindstar Blinds East Grinstead was the most knowledgeable and helpful. Made to measure blinds fitted by the experts.

We had a number of quotes for electric day night blinds. Blindstar were one of four companies quoting for the business.
We chose Blindstar who were professional and very knowledgeable about the product.
Although not the cheapest they were still competitive and the product samples were of a very high quality.
The blinds were delivered and installed on the date requested on the quote.
The installation was completed and all areas were left clean and tidy. The engineer completed the set up of the blinds link to our Alexa device which was extremely useful.
Jordan our engineer was extremely helpful and made sure that we were 100 satisfied with the installation and the blinds themselves, customer service is as important as the quality of the products Blindstar supply.
A first class product and service, I would definitely recommend and use for new projects.

I cannot speak highly enough of Jordan who recently made blinds for four rooms in our home. I had no idea what design or even style of blinds I was looking for for each of the rooms. Jordan was so helpful and gave honest advice and opinions on what he thought would work well in each room, in a completely non-pushy way. The sample selection he brought was amazing and I thought I'd never be able to choose! He was extremely patient and was easily contactable with the questions, queries and subsequent changes I wanted to make. He maintained a high level of professionalism at all times, whilst being extremely personable.
