The process was easy

The process was easy. Anyone ordering your blinds should make sure they round DOWN to the nearest 1/8”, not just to the nearest 1/8” because that could be up and result in the tube being too long. The spring makes the process easy. In fact, I replaced old shades and was able to use the existing hardware.

EXCELLENT service, even beyond the sale - THANK YOU!

We ordered 2 blinds and they came on time and in good shape.
Unfortunately they weren't what we had in mind.
One call to Blindster and they offered to issue a credit without returning them asking us to either destroy them or donate them which we did.
Even though the blinds weren't what we were looking for the customer service and the service beyond the sale was EXCELLENT - THANK YOU!

Really impressed

Really impressed, was not sure about ordering online but turn out great. Since we’re renting, we order the no drill blinds. They are perfect and literally took us 5 min. to install, so easy.

Extremely helpful!

The ladies I talked to helped me with my measuring; they helped me understand the bracket setup; they looked at pictures I sent them so they could see what I was dealing with. All in all it was a great experience and I appreciate each of them.

One of the purchased blinds retract exceptionally slow. I don't hold out for a long life with this one.

Measurements

Although I checked and had the installer verify my measurements the blinds do not descend to the bottom sill. There is about a 1/2 in gap at the bottom no matter who the blinds are adjusted. When the sun shines on that window there is glare at the bottom. Not the end of the world but also not desirable.

Definitely a win!

I had not heard of this company but read the reviews and crossed my fingers and ordered a large woven blind for my bathroom window. Shipping was a little over a week from initial purchase but arrived in perfect packaged condition. I’m 73 and had no trouble putting this up! It is exactly the look I wanted. Updated, warm and easy to raise and lower. Highly recommend!

I made a mistake on my order and had to return them

I made a mistake on my order and had to call to return them. They said if I made a donation instead of returning them to a local goodwill or otherwise they would give me a full credit with receipt of that donation. I thought that was excellent customer service!

We love the blinds

We love the blinds, especially how they allow daylight in even when they're completely down. Our only complaint is that they are not as easy to install as depicted in their videos.

I had paid extra for faster delivery

I had paid extra for faster delivery. Package was delivered about a week late. Ordered inside mount blinds. They came with outside mount valances.
