Unhappy.

I purchased roller shades for four windows and a woven wood push-up shade for a very large front window. The roller shades came with three different color chains. I am still waiting for the company to contact me to rectify that. The room they are in is not large and I have two bronze chains, one white chain, and one beige chain. Apparently the sales person put the order in incorrectly. The large woven wood shade does not hang straight. At its longest closed position it touches the window sill on one side and is 2 inches up on the other. When I push it up to a closed position, it hangs crooked and looks sloppy both from the inside and the outside. The installation technician told me that it was the way I was pushing it up and pulling it down. I asked him to show me how to get it straight and he couldn’t. I told him I was unhappy with it. I have not heard from the company after posting this same review weeks ago.

My order was $1700 and took several months from selection to installation. No one has reached out about any kind of remedies for these issues. At this point, I would not recommend this company. I will be happy to submit another review if and when the company solves these problems.

We called for an eti of our repair

We called for an eti of our repair . It's been 1 week since we called. No one has returned our call with any update as to when to expect the shade to be fixed, this is terrible customer service. A good service is to return the call even if it's not good News. Poor sales practices.

Blinds To Go is an Over Priced Chop Shop

The only Bright spot was Destinee on their customer service side. I was able to get a refund on an installation that resulted in damage to my window trim. My expectation would have been fix trim (not patch it up) and full refund for installation. After 1 month of back and forth, constant follow-up and no accountability from the sales team’s leadership, finally got an installation refund and decided to figure out repair on my own. At Blinds To Go, great job of punishing a paying customer and wearing them down as much as possible. This is an absolute intentional tactic as in most cases 90 pct of customers would just give up.

Saying it out loud, Blinds To Go is an over priced chop shop. Customer beware, Sales is not connected to service, sales is not connected to booking (Canadian Helpdesk). This is not a one stop shop. If there’s a problem buckle up, the ride is going to be rough. Read the other reviews - it all aligns.

Excellent Customer Service

We are so pleased with Blinds To Go, we will never use anyone else for all of our window treatment needs. Our salesman, Dave, was so patient and knowledgeable. Within 2 weeks, we had ordered, had someone come out to measure, and had our blinds installed by them. I highly recommend them.

Management, salespeople need work how to deal with customers. No quality control.
One bright spot is Uzi installer. Been here at least 5 times to correct mistakes.

Communication is the key to success

Due to a lack of communication from Blinds To Go after an unfortunate store fire and poor tracking this review is getting a 4 out of 5 stars. We were surprised to learn when calling the local store to find out our order availability for pick up that the store had been indefinitely closed due to a fire that had occurred two weeks prior. When we contacted the covering store over an hour south we were informed that we would be contacted by our Salesperson with the status of our product. Almost a week later and three more follow up phone calls did we finally get a call from our Salesperson. Apparently internal tracking did not reflect the alternate store had yet received our product. Management was gracious enough to credit us $50 for the inconvenience.

Extremely pleased with the product and ease of installation.

I never got the brackets to hold own the bottom of my shade. I called a least 3 weeks ago and they said they would send them.
