The whole process was extremely easy, and the staff was fantastic! They were very knowledgeable in the store, and our installer was very professional and neat.

Blinds to Go's woven woods blinds are wonderful and beautiful. I love them. But the quality of Blinds to Go's roller shades is atrocious. It took them more than 5 months to get them right. The only person at the company who truly cared was Destinee Lewis. She would not stop trying until the roller shades worked properly. Like I said, it took more than 5 months.

Just wanted to give a shout to out Shaiel L from the Eatontown Branch, Her professional knowledge is second to none to her artistic approach. As well as her partner Xavier. He gave an input on color and texture to pull this project together. Couldn't be more happy working with them.

Kenny the installer was excellent and Jorge our salesman excellent. Blinds came in in under two weeks and install was set up right away. Kenny our installer worked fast and very clean! I highly recommend Blinds To Go!!

All staff are helpful and friendly. Ms. Lily Njoo was knowledgeable and patient in assisting me to order a blind recently. Blinds To Go has been reliable for manufacturing new blinds and repairing broken ones for us. We appreciated the services and wish the business to continue to be prosperous.

Lily and Shai were most courteous and pleasant when I arrived to pick up a blind that was left for repair. They were exceptionally knowledgeable when I asked questions pertaining to services for home measurements and fabric availability and styles. I plan on using them to finish my newly renovated home. I am never disappointed with their products or the competence and product knowledge of their staff. I feel that compared to other companies I have used, they provide superior service and great products.

Expert guidance from start to finish from purchase to measurement to installation

We had an overall very positive experience working with Blinds To Go. Our sales associate was wonderful to work with, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful in guiding us through the options and helping us make the right selections for our home. The measuring appointment was also quick and easy, which made the process feel seamless at the start.
The only hiccup came during installation, when we learned that the original measurements did not account for properly concealing the motorization batteries. As a result, the installer had to place the batteries in a visible location, which unfortunately takes away from the clean look we were hoping for, especially given the premium investment we made in the motorized blinds.
That said, the installer was professional and did the best possible job under the circumstances, and we do love the functionality and overall quality of the blinds. With a bit more attention to detail during the measuring phase, the experience would have been excellent from start to finish.

Very helpful and thorough employee’s. Stuck to timeline of when order would be in which I appreciate. Charging to measure on an expensive order when you live in same town as the store is something I wish they would provide without a charge. I understand install but not to measure.
