Excellent service. Everything was on time as promised - windows measured and blinds installed.

Company honoured its timeframe for completion of work.

Blinds didn't fit properly, didn't install all of them, send one broken (clearly poor quality), customer service was atrocious.
I order stuff from Amazon all the time, have purchased many blinds from Walmart.... Have never opened one up and it was broken. You can not say you stuff is good if you sent a broken blind to my house....
Sunny from the store assured me I would get a full refund, and then the supervisor decided that wasn't the case.
In Canada, if you tell someone something after a purchase, it's considered an agreement... I don't appreciate being lied to and screwed around.
In the days of massive competition I'm surprised how much trouble I went through.
Good luck, hopefully nobody else gets screwed around like I did.

A message for blinds to go, all I require from you is where to drop off the blinds, or you can have someone pick them up.
I don't want them in my house, and I do no ever want to deal with BTG again.

The entire point of paying professionals to measure my windows and professionally install custom blinds was to minimize hassle and get the best possible results in terms of blackout (blocking light).

Instead I paid top dollar and it's taken up more time than if I did it myself, the results to date are worse than when I DIY'ed it in the past.

My blinds were ordered on September 17th and I still don't have what I ordered. No one ever reaches out proactively with an update.

The blind works great. We got it to block out a street light that is very bright shinning into our bedroom through a bathroom window. It looks really nice. The mechanism to push up and pull down is very smooth. The one thing I should have considered is the height of the window. We got the hand push/pull model instead of the classic chain roller blind. If my husband puts the blind up I can't reach it to pull it down.

Blind produced in less time than suggested. Staff helpful and pleasant

Courteous service, prompt delivery and installation. Price was lowered because we chose an inside installation vs outside.

I had very good experience with the Blinds to Go store in my area. The blinds came sooner than I expected and the installers were quick and polite. My blinds look Great!

Great stuff. For blinds & roller shades, I will never go anywhere else.

VERY DISAPPOINTED The measurements, though taken twice, we incorrect. Blinds for inside the window frame we placed outside the window from (i.e. were far too wide). Had to wait two weeks for replacement and am now left with holes in my walls.

Will Blinds to Go be happy to fill in the incorrect holes they made?

Easy peasy, great blinds. Had to make a change to our order 12 hours after our order was placed, staff made the correction so easy. Great team at Dundas and WinstonChurchill

First Shawlee at Dundas & Winston Churchill location was excellent. Really knew her products. Was very personable. Did not push. Then order received ahead of schedule. Wand gluing issue resolved in 2days. Shawlee provided solution to our bare windows with paper blinds. I did not know that was a thing. Awesome experience.
