From beginning to end, they made it very easy. From ordering the blinds, having someone come to measure, and then having someone come to install them, once they were ready.

The blinds were cheap and thin

The blinds were cheap and thin. The person who installed them told us to leave them pulled down all the way for 4-5 days so they would lower all the way. Didn’t have to do that with another brand we bought. The biggest disappointment was that we paid for handles on 2 blinds and only got handles on one.

We have purchased blinds from Blinds to Go in the past and always a good experience. Denise in the Paramus, New Jersey store is extremely knowledgeable, and a great help in getting us the right product. She is very patient with great customer relations skills.
If a product needs service it is no issue with the lifetime warranty.
A great buying experience!

The associates at the Paramus locations…

The associates at the Paramus locations were nice. Christine was kind. Anton was professional and very knowledgeable. The motorized blinds are nice. Ray the installer was professional and kind. He was on time and always responded promptly to our calls. Unfortunately, the customer service beyond that was a nightmare. There was a lack of follow up on my order which led to delays. Margarita the manager didn't get back to me as promise and I was avoided. I would get excuses all the time. Once the product arrived, it was wrong. Purchased my measure in June and got installed in August. No fault of the installer. The store had horrible follow up. I had to call the corporate office and then some. Needless to say, we did not use them for our 2nd floor windows.

I brought a blind in for repair with…

I brought a blind in for repair for the cord to be replaced, the turn around time and customer service were very good but when I got it home and put it up the cord replaced was too short and I had to bring it back to have it corrected. Clearly the person who replaced it didn't check to see that it was not going all the way down.

Very disappointing experience

Very disappointing experience. The slots of my 84” wood blinds were no longer opening and closing. I took it to the store and it was sent to the factory for repair. After it came back from the factory, I took it home and hung it up. It was not repaired. The slots were still not opening and closing. The factory did not repair it. I returned it to the store again. It was returned to me again not fixed. Again I returned it to the store for the 3rd time. This 3rd time it was fixed. How can this have happened. It seems like Blinds to Go does not care about customer satisfaction when it comes to taking care of repairs although a lifetime guarantee is offered when purchasing blinds. Don’t you have quality control.

The blinds are great

The blinds are great! They were not difficult to install and they look very good. I am giving it four stars because I was promised the blinds when I ordered them in a week's time and ordered a specific type that I was told were available. Long story short, my order was not completed for 6 weeks! I had just had 8 rooms painted and had no window coverings for 6 weeks. Had I known, I might not have gone to a company that promises to get your order out in a week.

I ordered blinds for a bay window and…

I ordered blinds for a bay window and the person helping me said to reduce the length by a specified amount. This helped, but since it was my first time, the measurement was a little too long. I inquired about cutting the blinds, but this was too expensive and we simply reordered 2 of the 3 blinds.

I wish they initially gave me the mounting brackets and said put these up and then measure. It would have saved me time and $200.

They tried to make it right by discounting the reorder, but the fix from the start was so obvious after going through the headache.

The regular order took an inordinate length of time to get. And they charged me more than originally quoted, yet by the time they told me, I already vested 4 weeks on the order. AND had to wait an additional 4 weeks for installation

Repair

Needed to bring in blinds for repair of worn out cords. Personnel were pleasant, knowledgeable about what needed to be done. I returned to pickup completed repair in 3 days. You read it right. Only 3 days. pleasure to deal with.

Above and beyond

I'm a long time customer who recently had the cord break on a very large living room honeycomb blind in a window facing the street. The folks at Paramus got it repaired very quickly, knowing that i had no privacy without this thing, sent out a great installer at the earliest possible time, and did not charge me for the reinstallation, although they did compensated the installer on my behalf. If that isn't an example of outstanding customer service, I'm not sure what is.
